@UK I've been kind of busy today and every time I look at the thread again there's been a bazillion new posts.
I'm not for a Seraphim wagon at all right now. Reading through his ISO it looks to me like he's genuinely scumhunting. The only post I don't like is this
I've seen scum get away with using this argument entirely too many times. I don't like this post at all.Seraphim wrote:jumping onto a wagon and asking for a claim is idiotic at best, scum-tastic at worst. Can you guess why?
Your use of OMGUS and "hypocrisy" as "scumtell" just continue to cement my vote for you. Your buddy GreyICE can wait.
Other than that Seraphim looks pretty townish to me. Not a fan of his wagon.
I'm not a huge fan of the LLD wagon either. I think she's getting some Day 1 "oh she's trying too hard, I guess I'll call some of it scummy and vote for her" votes. That wagon could very possibly be scum driven.
___________________
So basically I'm up for either a Toasty wagon or possibly a "let's get Antihero off his ass" wagon. I'm not a fan of Toasty's post-to-vote ratio and I think he has a lot more smoke than fire going on. On the other hand Antihero needs to get his ass in here and play, and I'd rather not start a lurker wagon.
So.vote Toasty-

I was about to do a scum list, but soo many people are null reads. I'll only post the people who are probably town and probably scum.
Town
Kdub:He posts little, but they all contribute. I'm moving him from a null read because of this.
UK: She's questioned pretty much everyone, and is actively scum hunting.
LLD: The vote on her isn't well thought out, and she isn't phased by the votes on her. She played the same way I would have in the given situation.
SCUM
GreyICE--Uses logic as a reason for votes that don't actually have much behind them; trying to lead town onto various people, then changing his mind when he sees that he doesn't have a chance.
Seraphim--he says he knows something about flavor, then doesn't tell us what he knows; Also,Seraphim wrote:Logic has no place in a game of Mafia
Seraphim has been very hostile towards GreyICE, which is why I think only one of them can be scum.
Untrod Tripod: Out of all the lurkers, he has been the least productive. Hasn't come up with anything on his own......apparently he voted for me as I'm writing this. You haven't asked any questions of me. I don't vote often, and like to remain consistent. Terrible reason for a vote.
Also, just to appease you, UK, IVOTE: GreyICEI suspect him the most."A train robbery is where you take a train to your destination, make your move, and take a train back, right?"-Isaac

GreyICE, just to clarify, what was going on in post 105? You were calling Jahudo scummy for being defensive (over a post made by Seraphim?), but later put him on your town list. I initially thought you might have gotten Jahudo and Seraphim mixed up, but the discussion surrounding that post went on for longer than I expected without any comment from you correcting yourself.
LL's vote on Seraphim: While I understand (and agree with) her reasoning behind it, the timing and nature of this vote (jumping on Seraphim after previously saying nothing about him all game and when she is the next leading wagon) look bad. Had I seen it right after this occurred, I probably would have said something, but then Seraphim turns around and does the same thing. Go figure.
Nacho: WTF? Where did that LL vote come from all of a sudden? You were pushing a case on Vi, then switch to LL with no reasoning. The fact that nobody other than UK commented on your lack of reasoning also bugs me, in fact Seraphim is using it to continue to push the LL case without questioning the vote itself.
Seraphim, you realize that any perceived "rolefishing" has come about specifically because of your softclaiming (e.g. post 167 is the latest example)?
LL claiming to not have noticed Nacho's vote is a bit strange, but the only scum motivation I could see there is if LL and Nacho were buddies, and I don't think Nacho would have put a scumbuddy at L-1 unprovoked when there was another viable wagon at the time.
My vote on Seraphim stands for now. Bad vibes early on, plus I'm not liking his reaction to LL's vote on him and the fallout from all of that.Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic Mafia - 17-player large theme, currently needs (0) replacements-

Less productive than Antihero? Ouch. Also...what does asking you questions have to do with anything? Asking you questions isn't a precursor to voting, you know. You ask questions if you have them. I don't have any for you.ToastyToast wrote:Untrod Tripod: Out of all the lurkers, he has been the least productive. Oh, my mistake? Well that sounds pretty town I guess...I don't vote often, and like to remain consistent. Terrible reason for a vote.
Oh, VOTE: ViWhy even tell us this if you aren't going to say anymore?

GreyICE, the more you post, the more I think your scum. I'm not going to let you get away with a quicklynch if that is the case.
Oh...Also, just to appease you, UK, I VOTE: GreyICE I suspect him the most.
You have four votes in 11 posts. Lulz.
Looks more like "I guess I'll indicate where I might vote to make sure other people will be ok with it before I drop my vote" to me. Voting in over 1/3 of your posts is not really the same thing is "not voting often". Just fyi. You don't get to come up with your own meta, you know that right?-

1 of those is RVS, one is an unvote, and the third isn't going to change anytime soon. Note that I only unvoted Seraphim to avoid a quick lynch. misrep."A train robbery is where you take a train to your destination, make your move, and take a train back, right?"-Isaac

*burried under a wall of posts.....*
but I don't like the seraph wagon. LLD wagon is better. Is there some reason no one else is voting greyICE yet?
unvote: vote ICE ICE BABY
Grey just curious how you came up with that thar scumlist, particularly jahudo as town after earlier you called him a good wagon, and UT showing up as town, where as earlier he was null. For that matter, you voted me, and now I'm town. And only 1 scum and 1 scummy. You think the rest of the scum are in the lurker list?
god, try to submit a post and preview shows 5 NEW POSTS cmon guys...
christ can I submit a post already...-

I could honestly fly for either one right now.
This is bad.
This reads as: "Oh, there's a new wagon forming? Let me get someone else topost a case for it, so I canhop on it at my earliest convenience!"
In case you're wondering, the bolded parts match up, and the underlined parts match up.Yes my Lord, but questions are dangerous, for they have answers.

Yeah yeah 3 votes sorry. The purpose in posting that was to show the indicating. I hate indicating because it allows scum to say "hey, how would you all feel if I threw my vote thisaway" without actually doing it. Plus announcing the suspicion makes it possible to help start up a wagon without actually voting and then get on it later. So yes it was 3 votes. Yes one was an RVS. But my other point was that Toasty cited a meta that none of us have any reason to believe.UncertainKitten wrote:@UT: Uh, you quoted an Unvote in that list. So it's three votes. Just sayan.
Just making a point brah. No need to get your panties in a twist. All I'm saying is that you can invoke your meta once you actually, you know, have one.ToastyToast wrote:1 of those is RVS, one is an unvote, and the third isn't going to change anytime soon. On the first point: the last time I saw the argument of "he has secret infoz that he's not sharing, he must be scumz!" it was me using it as scum, so that definitely rubs me the wrong way.ToastyToast wrote:Seraphim--he says he knows something about flavor, then doesn't tell us what he knows; Also,Seraphim wrote:Logic has no place in a game of Mafia
Seraphim has been very hostile towards GreyICE, which is why I think only one of them can be scum.
On the second point: hostility doesn't prove anyone's alignment. I think we're going to find at least one scum in Toasty/GI/Seraphim, possibly two.
P-edit
OH GOD SERAPHIM WHY WOULD YOU SAY THAT JUST AS I WAS THINKING YOU WERE TOWN. WHY WOULD YOU DO THIS THAT POST WAS BAD AND YOU SHOULD FEEL BAD.-

LLD, you're an idiot. Scumhunting becomes rather difficult when every single post I make becomes another tumor on your convoluted "case". Thanks for clearing up any indecision I might have had concerning my vote on you. Tell me, how exactly does it make sense for me to jump off this hot wagon and switch back to another wagon which has one person on it? No, don't say "lol WIFOM" because that's dodging the question at hand.
You keep assuming that I'm stupid. Stop.
I am genuinely interested in what Rhinox has to say.

In order:
You're telling me not to assume you're stupid... but you call me an idiot. Right...
Also, I'll note that I haven't resorted to Ad Hom.... you have.
Secondly, YOU tell ME why you would want to jump off my wagon? You JUST said that you were, and I quote, "Happy with either wagon". This means you would be perfectly happy to jump off my wagon, and onto Grey's.
So you tell ME.Yes my Lord, but questions are dangerous, for they have answers.
