ugh...

so we're all gonna just sit here and want tyfo to defend protecting mathcam....

I'm not sure anything has changed. Regardless, situation is the same. We have 2 claimed docs. We can't use a poor choice for protection as suspicion, because both of them did. And we still have a hidden cop (who I think should come out, btw)

Mass claim maybe? Is there a downside?

I second the motion for the cop coming out, even if he/she only has innocent results. The mafia will probably target a non-doc again the coming night and may get lucky. If the cop claims, we have one more night of investigation coming up.

Well, I still think Tyfo's the scum out of the two, but if we're not going to lynch him...

I'm making a leap of faith here that at least one of our claimed doctors is real and will protect the cop.

I'm not the cop either.
I'm not sure who's left to claim (at school currently) but if no cop turns up at all, i don't think lynching a doc is the best play here.

rereading the thread i found this post by Tyfo... mlaker was eventually replaced w/ Blackberry who was run up on D2 & found to be Mafia, so in retrospect, maybe this was scum trying to keep their partner from being lynched?... sounds like a good lead to me...

Works for me. I'd rather have a situation where cop comes out, we get some confirmed innocents, and leave the doc decision till tomorrow, but doesn't look like thats gonna happen.

BTW, i still say we have a 2nd killing group we haven't heard from yet... it seems pretty common in 12-player games...

Right. I do not favor lynching for the reason of JUST being inactive.

Mathcam seemed to be the best option for a protect as he was - imho - the most likely to be the cop. Of course, now we know he is not - I still think he seemed to have the best insight in things.
