You say that the E-1s would have a voice in deciding who becomes champ, but I thought the whol reason to put them at E-1 was so that they'd attack the people we told them to? The reason I am working with the plan (albeit unintentionally ATM) is because I may be persuaded into following and regret eliminating current E-1s, and not attacking helps nobody. The plan seems rather aimless, it's in essence "Put everybody at E-1 then we'll decide who becomes champ". We might as well choose now and avoid running the risk of people accidentally hitting E-1s.

@the people saying no information can be learned in the RR: Are you serious? There's stuff to be learned here. I'd be surprised if the mods wasted this unique segment by having it have zero consequence on the rest of the game. I'll be analyzing it afterwards.

@Hoppster: E-1 are perfectly capable of speaking their opinion/preference/arguments without impulsively acting according to their own whims. In fact, putting them at E-1 encourages this behavior.

@everyone: That said, the new plan isn't terribly important. Being eliminated from the Rumble isn't the same as being killed. It's inconvenient and boring for a bit, but it's not really a severe punishment. Once we're down to the final five or four (four is traditional, I guess), then we'll have a period of voting (36 hours or so) for everyone to choose who should win. If people don't post their opinion during that period then their opinion doesn't matter. Once the winner is decided, we eliminate based on that then proceed to the game.

When you ever offer anything useful, constructive, helpful to any game then maybe I'll start paying attention to you.

You're whole basis for wanting me eliminated is dislike of me, which is fine and dandy and actually suits the whole reason and format of this part of the game. But that's all it is.
To continue that into the next phases of the game, into an actual voting situation, would be about the most anti-town thing you could do.
That we all know that you will do it speaks volumes for your play.

I've never been a meta type player so I guess that's part of the reason I'm not seeing the "stuff to be learned" in all this. I just wanted to beat people up and get to the game. Explain to me what you're seeing in this. The bulk of people were just tossing people like I was...but there does seem to be a group that are working really well together. I agree that the RR is more or less a pro-longed RVS. Though it not EXACTLY the same b/c the title as game implication. Just like in RVS you can get reactions etc.

In hindsight, what I wish we did is b4 the RR started everyone had posted a list of who they wanted/didn't want in the rumble...in order. That might'va given us some interesting connections.

For the most part I'm fairly happy with the remaining members that are left. Unfortunately I only know a few of them. Though I think VV is a pretty decent player and I'm not sure why he was voted out.
