In case you didn't notice, Katsuki wasn't exactly ON TOP OF THINGS. From the half-baked claim to the lack of flavor to the, oh I don't know, ALL HIS DAYPLAY, are you really surprised that he didn't claim what he was going to do?

Really? Lets examine this one in detail. AGM was blocked from the QT. Therefore he could say NOTHING to Zang. Now, we're supposed to believe that Zang is sitting there, claimed roleblocker.
