Sincerest pity for you bro, heroics are a terrible place to be right now. I'm honestly considering just not running heroics for awhile because pugs basically kick random people if you wipe or get hit too hard by trash or somehow piss someone off, regardless of whose fault it was. If the tank cant hold aggro and you die for it, you get kicked. Not the tank. Not to mention, most bosses have a mechanic or two that kills SOMEONE basically every run, which means that random people get kicked all the time. Let me tell you, there isn't too much worse than being in a heroic for two full hours and then getting kicked out at the last boss because your rope despawned or you lagged at the wrong time or the healer forgot you existed or the tank fails at life.
If you can, run heroics with guildies who know what they're doing. Running with a single guildie can reduce the number of times you get kicked, running with 2 eliminates that entirely. Plus, you'll spend less time explaining fights and having people fail anyways.
This is a hydra. It used to belong to SFG and Vi, but now it belongs to SFG and Phate.

Well, I guess I know what spec I am gonna pug with my DK

RC does not have my stash of animal porn, I promise you.
We should uhh, maybe get together when my DK hits 85, if I tank and you heal, I doubt we'd be kicked (though my tanking is gonna probably suck until I get some decent stuff)

I don't know much about WoW, but this order seems very dubious

If you want to do restoration and nothing else, I don't think shaman is what you should roll. They're not premier healers and I'm not even sure they're supposed to be.
But overall most servers have a healer shortage, so if you play a healer you will be able to find groups that want you.
"Let us say that you are right and there are two worlds. How much, then, is this 'other world' worth to you? What do you have there that you do not have here? Money? Power? Something worth causing the prince so much pain for?'"
"Well, I..."
"What? Nothing? You would make the prince suffer over... nothing?"
I played a holy paladin back in vanilla, and I didn't think I was the most effective healer back then, although things might have changed now.
I'd like to know what the supposed order is for tanks. My prot warrior is definitely a more effective and enjoyable tank than my paladin was, but I seem to see the most calls for druid and paladin tanks nowadays.
Well, pops, I like doing healing and DPS, so Shaman works. I random'd two dungeons under healer and didn't do too bad either.
First one had a Druid tank, who died twice right out of the gate. After that, though, it was smooth sailing. Second dungeon had a Pally, whom I barely even needed to heal or cast a buff on. I was pretty much totem support + DPS the entire dungeon.
From what I've read, DKs and Paladins are the easiest tanks to heal, or a Warrior if they're played very well. Druids seem most annoying to heal.

AFAICT, healers get kicked more often than any other member of a heroic, because every time someone dies people think of the off chance that the healer could have healed better and they'd still be alive. Being a healer, especially a resto shaman, thoroughly sucks right now.

I leveled Mining on my DK. Yay. Now I have to wait for some Mithril Bars to sell before I can level my JC because I'm too lazy to farm the ores and prospect for gems! <_<
Also goddamn Druid tanks are squishy.

I see what you did there.
I'm now torn between a second gathering prof in Herbalism, or being able to make my own armor with BS. If no one here is a Blacksmith yet, I can do that, but if we have one already I'll take Herbs for now.
