Why didn't you read it? Are you not interested in having the town win, which is most effectively done by the comprehension of all information possible?

the posts Bob quoted. So, either he wasn't really paying attention before or....what? As for the explanations, a sketchy vote on a popular target is a pretty solid scumtell to me. I'm not sure what more you want.

Also, there are plenty of lazy people on this site. Jerbs isn't one of them. Try again.
Personally, I believe that not scum-hunting 24/7 is not a scum tell. However, I feel that if you will only write one sentence to describe how they are scum, you could do better than that.
Antihero wrote:Xalxe is obviously town. As is Chevre. If you want reasons for these, you're just SOL. P. Edit: Actually, Seraphims poo fling at Chevre is probably the reason for me thinking she's town. As for Xalxe, diction of his posts.

Seraphim, on the other hand, is scum. If you don't believe me, read post 69; it's a doozy.

UNVOTE:
VOTE: Seraphim
I feel that you are trying to cover up some people and make yourself earn more town credit in their eyes. While earning town credit is not a bad thing, only scum would try to boost their credit intentionally, while a town player would not be actively trying to gain credit.

After the misunderstanding with Korlash I went back and took another look. So yeah it was kind of a lack of attention plus just not really connecting the dots.
Well,
something
made you say what you did. I'm now wondering what it is. It's one thing to go from null-read to scumread, but I think we ought to hear an explanation for a townread to scumread this quickly.

I said it because I 100% agreed with your call on Korlash's post at the time. Then when I realised my mistake with Korlash I went back and re-evaluated.

As I've already pointed out I didn't really connect the dots on that other stuff until I went back and re-read. I was focussing more on Gorrad and that thing with DGB.

Yep, I had a feeling that Chevre enjoys a good wall. A lot of it was filler.

I still don't see it as scum hunting.

Chevre wrote:For Gorrad:

Dear person who I do not know,

A person who I know as Gorrad has just walked up to you on the street, and handed you a piece (or possibly multiple pieces) of paper, and asks you if you can understand them. Well, Gorrad is not the author of these papers, I am, and I am determined to prove my Town stature by making you understand.

See, me and Gorrad are playing in a game of Mafia. If you are not familiar with the game, I shall present a brief explanation. Mafia was first played in real time. Players sat in a circle, and were dealt cards to determine their role. The basic setup includes an uninformed majority, usually known as "the Town," and an informed minority, usually known as "the Mafia." The game alternates between phases known as Night and Day, during the Night, everyone closes their eyes. However, at some point, the Mafia are allowed to open them and silently discuss who they wish to "kill," or eliminate from the game. Once they have decided, the game moves on eventually to Day, where everyone opens their eyes and the killed player is announced. Now, the players all discuss and attempt to gather enough information to "lynch" a player they believe is Mafia, or eliminate them from the game. This continues until all the Mafia have been eliminated, or enough of the Town has been eliminated so that they may no longer form a majority.

I just felt that there was fluff in there. There was some analysis however, where (s)he voiced opinions of other players, I did not feel that it warranted my vote.

Also, there's no reason to be condescending. You're accusation is unclear and bizarre to me, especially considering the later jab at Chevre by quoting DGB.

I also think I forgot to answer farside about Jerbs. In short, his reactions to things Chevre and Dutch said seem like something town who is making a genuine effort to hunt scum would do.
