Role PMs have gone out. Confirm like you did before.
A few things that may not have come up in the DEMO phase:
**Every other day there will be a random item drop. It didn't happen during the DEMO because OMGIS. I put it on my action spreadsheet so I can't miss it next time. :fail:
**Players who fall to 0% HP will go into a --FADING-- state for one day before flipping and being removed. -Why- is something you can guess at.
**Players who for whichever reason are not shown as within the arena cannot be targeted explicitly, but only by firing in a direction (and if they're on a light rail, not even that will work). Modules that only target the region you're in can be used, but if they fail recharge time will be assessed.
**If you wish to equip a Shield module pregame, that's fine.

Hmmm, decent point (um, five starting squares though, or am I missing something?). I hadn't thought about it, but it's kind of like three discussion in PYP 4 that I vaguely followed: How likely is is that scum grouped themselves close together on the map, and, specifically, in one square? I'd say that splitting up would generally be beneficial for scum (given the Magnetic Field ability, putting all your eggs in one basket would be a bad thing) although then again, it seems that some Healing modules work like that as well (see the sample Mafia Role PM). Itistempting to use these as groupings within which there are a limited number of scumbugs . . .
PREVIEW EDIT: Gamma, I have your question covered. I'm not convinced how best we can use this information, but the fact is it is something we probably can use to advantage and isn't random.-

Alright so I'm thinking the best way to go about this is to;
A) Immediately gang-up and policy anyone who starts running rampant / is ignoring the mafia side of this.
B) Measure the time between game start and the first scum kill and assume that's roughly how long each day is.
C) Vote as per normal, I'm willing to do vote counts as I'm assuming the mod will be too busy to humor us.
C2) At the end of each day we as a group execute the person with the most votes.
We aren't going to win this by simply dicking around.

Then two, then three, then a month

If you want to go into ridiculous square WIFOM then yeah there's pretty good odds in 1+ scum in the northwest. Aside from that I wouldn't be surprised if there were 2 scum in the northwest- if Fate's scum and thought of SQUARE WIFOMZ then I wouldn't put it past him to put every member of his team in one place, but aside from that possibility I'd say no more than 2 scum in the NW.
But MORE importantly the gunfire will still go through even at 8:59 tommorrow night. Shooting NOW when nobody's done shit is a terrible, terrible idea.
