I did say I think it was possible there was a normal Hated Townie role since the scum
have to unanimously agree on separate votes to get a night kill makes it more likely there is a townie who could be
lynched easier as a way to balance the set-up. Since no one counter-claimed DrippingGoofball, I doubt there is a
Hated Townie role in this set-up.

Given the unanimous requirement for a nightkill, how many mafia do people think there are in this set-up?

You think we should ignore meta completly?

What? Seriously. Players can change their playstyles but now let's be serious. As much as he changed he still has habits. If it seems he plays somehow like when he does when he is scum then he is scum. If he plays the super townie it's clear he is town.

Also I am dude. Seriously. Even my avatar is a dude.

Also The Jester is probably town.

Depending on the power of the setup of town usually determines general amount of Mafia. Presuming from the flavor there is no more than one Mafia, I think one of the following are likely, by my guessing, ranking from powerful to least powerful for town.
2 Mafia, 1 SK (very weak town), 3 Mafia, 3 Mafia 1 SK, 4 Mafia (more potent town).

So, anywhere from 2 to 4 Mafia, depending if we have a serial killer in the setup and depending on what powers town has.

It was too early in the day to begin pushing lynches. Also had he been lynched we would have lost the ability to extract as much information as possible on D1.
The Jester wrote:Given the unanimous requirement for a nightkill, how many mafia do people think there are in this set-up?
I would say 2.
Considering game flavour I doubt there's any power roles and if there are, they're bastardised.

I doubt that there are third party roles TBQH, though I believe there are probably power roles.

The question that will need to be asked upon PR claims is whether or not it fits with the flavor. i.e. I would have a tough time believing any tracker or watcher claims, as we all can see each other in our little glass boxes.

I'm going to VOTE: DrippingGoofball

I don't like the deception of the town. I think you want us to think that you're a helpful town who tried a deception to gauge scum, but the truth is the more disguises you put up the less we know who you really are, and whats true and whats a fabrication and it gets very murky, and now we have no idea what you're really trying to accomplish.

@Ross: are you trying to be needlesly convulted with your words? I don't trust DGB because she claimed something that wasn't true to town, reaction fishing or not. Doing that and saying trust me rankles against the grain. Your reasoning seems to be something more...WIFOMseque than that simple statement.

@Xalxe: Agreed; although let's not play outguess the mod here. One of those roles (but probably not both) might have been introduced so we don't break the game with roleclaims.

@Dark Horse. I wouldn't want to say Lynch All Liars, because i know it's possible that a properly executed lie can help the town. The problem is, I feel like this one only served DGB and not the town. Let's say hypothetically that we don't lynch DGB today, and we happen to lynch scum, and DGB can somehow prove that her lie helped find that scum, then I would be content. But I frankly don't think that's going to happen and I think this lie only helped to advance DGB's own interests.

I am getting both scum and town vibes from ross.

I mean he looks like he is playing on it's own like a townie but he also attacks people who scum would attack. I am not sure what to think.

Ross, faking quad-hammered could be a trap set for the mafia, as if they tried to hammer DGB, they would get caught. Unfortunatley, the mafia might've been suspicious of DGB being quad-hated, and didn't try to hammer.

Does this look like it has townie intent?

DGB, am I anywhere close?

Like, what? What interests?

If we lynch you, will you be convinced after you flip scum?

None of your arguments make any sense.

Well the whole thing started as a RVS joke that grew legs. The fake role itself was preposterous to begin with.

But it did get people out of RVS and discussing something, and everyone weighed in, so in a generic sense this helps find scum.

What I find is that RossWilliam's arguments made no sense whatsoever, and he's still tripping on his logic shoelaces. I think that's one scum we caught.

Better yet, I've got VERY STRONG town reads on Ghostlin and yourself (Dark Horse).

And palmetrou, and AntB are scummy as well.

Guderian sometimes get reads that I cannot comprehend. He may not be scum.

RossWilliams, palmertrou, and AntB are my current scum team.

STILL NOT ANSWERED!!!

Why, Goofball, do you continue to dodge after I've prompted twice? I can't shake the feeling that you are only after me because I'm asking questions of you. No answers, no reasoning, just stating your reads with no basis. Are you hoping for the others to fill in the blanks for you?
Whilst I can see that the 'hated townie gambit' could work in catching scum who would've fake hammered you I also see this potentially a ploy to appear pro-town early or staging a mislynch on the stupid town that could've 'hammered'. I only think the latter is possible because it seems like you intentionally conveyed scummy vibes to town early in the game to encourage a town to 'hammer' you. I have to say though, I'm a bit split but I do know that I shouldn't underestimate you.

@ Jester, I stated a slight town read from his reaction to my coding trap.
I figured that i'd throw out that abbreviation hoping that scum would try and paint me as scum for using it after dark horse pointed out that scum could be using code. Xalxe picked up on it straight away and rather than trying to paint me as scum for it he did his research on me to find out himself. I don't think scum would've dropped it so quickly or done their research there.
