Werewolf buddy doesn't like his buddy being lynched Day 1. Town is happy to see werewolf dead, town would be happy with how Day 1 went. You're also his buddy for this vote here were you tried to lynch park instead of shotty when the votes were very close, you only changed later when shotty was ahead by one, but you said it was simply to achieve the lynch near deadline. There's also some more stuff why you're not town.
