Katsuki reveals he got a key off Hinduragi's body, and that he has a plan for escape. You follow him as he unlocks the yard door, and make your way to the guards' gun gallery, which Katsuki found had a defect.

He prys open the bars and climbs up into the gallery. He grabs a M1903 Springfield rifle and hands you both .45s. A passing guard is pistol whipped and taken hostage.

"You fucking clowns choose the wrong day to escape. The rain cleared up and backup arrived. You think we don't know what's been going on in this prison?"
"Fuck fuck fuck. We waited too long! The marines are here!"

Katsuki shoots the guard.

"That was a goddamn HOSTAGE you moron!"

"We don't need hostages. We just need to hold out long enough so that we can pretend we were hostages to the MASTERMIND behind this escape effort."

"What the hell are you saying Katsuki?"

"You know what I'm saying nopoint. I saw you unlock Nikanor's cell last night. You're the one who's been trying to incite this riot the whole time. And now that your escape plan has failed you're going to be the fall guy. Or should I say, the dead guy."

Katsuki and nopoint point guns at eachother's heads. "Fuck" is all you can think.

You are Nikanor, the last sane prisoner alive. And hell has just broken loose.

The sounds of gunfire echo throughout the gallery, the marines have opened fire on you.

"God damn it god damn it god damn it. Wait. Katsuki how did you SEE him visit my cell?"

"..." Katsuki turns his Springfield rifle on you, in that moment you shoot him right through the head.

He falls to the ground. You and nopoint place your guns down and shimmy out the bottom of the gallery. You put your hands up so the marines that arrive don't shoot you.

"Well well what the fuck is going on here?"
"Its over. The madness is finally over."




Katsuki has been lynched. He was a

Welcome to prison. Alcatraz prison. No one’s ever gotten out and no one’s ever really wanted to try. Rumors have been going around about a gang organizing a widescale riot on C-block. You don’t want any part of it. Try and root them out during the day when you’re not in lock down.

You win when all threats to your prison life are eliminated and at least one Prisoner survives.

Undercover Guard:
Getting paid to be locked up. The hell kind of life am I living right now…
You’re in prison, but you’re getting paid. Your job is to find and root out any threats to the prison before they happen. But you have to pretend to be a prisoner, so you can’t exactly go out there with pen and paper and investigate people. Should someone come to you, that’s when you’ll know who the bad guys are.
You win when all threats to your prison life are eliminated and at least one Prisoner survives.

Angel Cartel:
You are a member of the Crimson Angels. Instead of wasting away on this damn island, you and [Player] are getting the hell out of here. The plan is to break out enough prisoners, start a riot, and then kill the guards. Each night every member of your cartel must submit player’s name who they want to break out. Alternatively, you may kill someone instead of breaking people out. You also got word that a very important member of the Angel Cartel is in this prison, and if you free him at night he will join you during your nightly plannings.
You win when all the prisoners are freed or dead, and there are no more threats to your gang.

Angel Godfather Traitor:
You are a member of the Crimson Angels. You know that [Player1] and [Player2] were planted in prison to free you. If they free you at night, you will be able to talk with them about the escape plan and also be able to help them in freeing more prisoners. A hardened mafiaoso, you are immune to all kills. Also, should anyone have the ability to determine your alignment, that player will be fooled into thinking you are innocent.
You win when all the prisoners are freed or dead, and there are no more threats to your gang.

Fugitive:
You are Coy, bank robber and mastermind escape artist. You’ve exploited a flaw in the prison’s security, and have gotten hold of a gun and freedom at night. However, word has been spreading about a potential riot plan to cause enough confusion for a full-scale breakout. You know this will upset your delicate escape plan and lead to the death of many guards and prisoners alike. You’ve narrowed down the members of the gang; now all you need to do is take them all out. You must submit a target to be killed to me each night.
You win when there are no longer any threats to your escape plan.

Very surprised that Kat was the SK and not nopoint. I must say, that was a severe failure in activity throughout.

I don't see how Hindu being a godfather matters at all? We were the only investigative role and we could have put two and two together had he unlocked our cell.

Honestly, I can't say I'm extremely proud of the town win. Hindu and Kat both failed horrendously, and Cooldog was fairly obvious scum. ReaperCharlie might have won if Cooldog had been the one to unlock our cell - while he had tied himself to Cooldog with the cult accusations, just simply showing up would have probably give him lynch armor.

It's hard to get a feel on the set-up when damn near everyone flaked out and failed.

I agree that the mechanic may have been a damper to interest in this game, but SpyreX said he liked it and Nikanor seemed to understand it easily enough so I'm not sure what the deal was besides two site-flakers.

Mechanics that restrict what you can say about your role usually put a damper on things, but that shouldn't be a surprise.

The reason for that was to stop a mass "I was unlocked!" claim that would result in confirmed town or a 50/50 shot (in situations of counter-claiming)

Might've been real interesting to have let people claimed though,. I don't think many people anticipated scum being allowed to unlock two people a night so D2+D3 woulda been really messy for town.

I understand why you couldn't let people claim it, and agree that we shouldn't have been able to, but at the same time I think that it was a bad idea to run a mechanic that we couldn't talk about. What good is an interesting mechanic if we're not allowed to discuss it in-thread? The special mechanic might as well have not been present.

Question: Why did cooper die N2?

I honestly thought that there were 2 SK's in the game, considering that I was a SK that could win with town... (at least, that's what fate told me at start of game). I'm surprised that nopoint is town as well though lol.
