I set off a few H-bombs, destroying earth (at least I assume these hills are on earth) or at least making it uninhabitable, while I escape to the moon and camp out for several months waiting for the nuclear fallout to dissipate. Some time in mid-April, I return to earth and find it completely uninhabited. The hill, somehow, is unscathed.

a) it's on earth by default, since we are on earth.
b) it doesn't exist, therefore it's no one's hill
