I was under the impression that BaM modkills only happened at the end of the day IF the person had met the pre-requisite lurk requirement (Muffin has). This is to avoid a "Free lynch" being given (in the case of the day not ending) or a "free day" being given (in the case of ending it with the modkill.) *Runs off to the BaM QT*
