You're right, I haven't really said anything about FC's play beyond responding to attacks. It's because I don't find it overly suspicious. Where my suspicion rests is on those responses. He doesn't really defend himself; he either accepts the case against him (and uses that as a reason that said case no longer applies) or becomes angry. To me it looks like a typical scum response to attacks.

As for the replacement thing: I gave that 24 hours as I said I would. I'm not going to wait longer because a) I was asked my opinion and it should be given, b) my observations on FC won't change with the replacement, and c) if I'm going to be lynched, I'd at least like to give my opinions first.

I am not "silently sweating it." You don't have much of a case. Let's examine what you wrote.

Sure, I'll get one out when I'm through with classes. In a nutshell, he has been really passive on his views, not really quite lurky. And it's been like this this whole game, especially when there's a lot going on with it.

First of all, your full case never came. As for what's written here, I disagree that I've been passive on my views (with D3 being the exception). On D1, I jumped on FC early, went after singer later, and got the lynch. On D2 I was very anti-jimfinn. I don't think my views have been "passive" (perhaps I misunderstand what you mean with this word).

You really haven't done much this game but made passing remarks to the occasional townie. Hell, you've voted twice.

My biggest concern would be that, if you were scum, would you be ballsy enough to kill off your partner day 1 and run with just the fact that you're alive? And honestly, I think so; you've been so passive and such a backseat scumhunter this game that I think it fits in with such a situation.

But isn't the reverse of this when people claim scum is 'flailing'? People react differently to pressure.
Also, let's be honest, if you're going off my case on him the case is "he sorta seems townish but has been flying under the radar" and that's not the most brilliant case in the world.
Are we really close enough to deadline where I should hammer without hearing from a slot both you and I think is town?

No, I don't think we're in LyLo. I believe that there are only 2 scum total, and FC is the last one.

In any case I want to hear shotty's "case" first. His vote there is functionally identical to the way he voted "obv. town, not lynch today Far_Cry" and I don't trust him for a spit. His play today has been pretty damn elusive and I feel zero town energy there.

I'm kind of in agreement w/ this, albeit with a couple of names shifted around. I've never actually seen shotty's scum play, but this is rather consistent w/ his town meta. And, as previously noted, I don't think nhammen was necessarily scummy. DH you all know my thoughts on, and Thor has been very pro-town. That leaves FC as the weak link.

PoE is a reasonable place to be though.
I disagree about shotty taking risks, I personally think he's (as usual) riding his meta to get away with whatever he pleases. I'll accept that he does that when town but...he does that when scum too. I still think the FC opening vote today is pretty darn skeevy. Let's just let me wait and see what he says to my redtail case request.
