Guys, I shall try to conceal my growing paranoia.

What's wrong with you, people ??
WHERE did I say I was a Florin townie ?

I said I was
more
than a townie.
Here: (I spend my time quoting myself in this game)
Leonidas wrote: I am
a little more than a Florin townie.

One of my abilities is to obtain a divine intervention once in the game.
I would prefer not to reveal the other one(s), if any.
And DP - DP...
Stating that the Impressive Clergyman is mafia is really, really farfetched.
Then, we should probably lynch the guards in the first place - they are, after all, direct servants to the Prince. Or the King and the Queen - after all, they are part of his 'family'.

vote: Dourgrim

Dourgraim, shameless bandwagonning is fine but, shouldn't you go after the person with the most votes first.

In the vote count, Fishbulb had the most votes, you then proceeded to bandwagon Leonidas and then myself. Why are you not voting for Fishbulb?[/b]
You must be drunk 'cuz you're all blurry.

Werebear, are you even paying attention to this game? The majority of your posts so far are just plain false. In fact, why are you still voting for me? You thought I was the person who typo'd Florinn, but you were wrong. Why still me?

And jadesmar, I believe Dourgrim is not voting on me because the bandwagon has been addressed. He's moving on; not sure why Were, Leo, and Mole aren't (still a little sketchy if you ask me). I would certainly not think that Dourgrim should be voted on for not voting me, unless you are saying that I am mafia, too. Then why not just vote for me? That's right, we already went over that. See what I mean? I'm not saying that Dourgrim is necessarily good (no clues of that yet), but that him not voting for me should not be a lynchable offense.

But I guess we do need to go somewhere with this; just where, I don't know. Maybe Dourgrim is a good place to look next, but Werebear's lack of attention is starting to get to me (that and he's been relatively quiet so far).

Leonidas, I agree that you never claimed to be a Florin Townie, but I don't think it's that clear that if you are this clergyman, that he's pro-town. He's kind of weasely, and certainly is a henchman of the prince. I do, however, believe your role claim, and it seems unlikely that a mafia would have the power to stop a lynch.

Hm, looking back at JereIC's link to the list of characters, it seems there sure are enough potentially evil roles to eliminate the possibility of the clergyman being on that side as well.

In any case,
Unvote: Leonidas

*shrugs*

I buy it. I don't see why we should press it further unless you are mafia yourself.

Leo, does your ability say whether or not you can use it on yourself? And, does it say you have to use it right when they are lynched, or can you wait to see who they really were?

Knowing that, we might be able to
try him out
later if we need it, and if it fails, we know he was lying. I don't think it would be in our best interest to spend more time trying to lynch him, though.

Agreed. Personally, I think there were lots of reasons to believe the claim...

So my saying I thought the priest role was town was incredibly off base?! The priest, TO ME, seems like an innocent role. In the movie, he has no alignment with Humperdinck, he's just there to perform the ceremony.

And please don't say I'm not paying attention just because you still have my vote. You have given me no reason to unvote you, and your posts don't seem right to me. No specific reason. I'm so very sorry my vote for you is grating on your nerves, but it stays. When you're vindicated, you can say "I told you so" as much as you like.

Unvote:leo

and
FOS:Mikehart

i just dont buy it. unvote: someone vote: Leo
Now, the logic behind this is questionable at best. If Leo
isn't
the clergyman then the real clergyman should come out and reveal him as a mafia member. So logic deducts that he must be telling the truth.

Now, this isn't really too scummy, but that's why it's a FOS not a vote. This is indeed the first day and we have nothing else in terms of leads to scum.

As Fishbulb himself so ably said, I've already decided in my mind that he is likely to be Town. Therefore, I have no need to vote for him, and instead I shamelessly bandwagonned the player with the next most votes (not counting Leonidas, because he role-claimed). That's all there is to it... sorry, but there's no ulterior motive. *shrug*

You wouldn't happen to be responding to my vote this way because you're the one I'm voting for, would you?

Okay, then, I guess I'll go after mole for the same reason I went after Leo...the popping in with a vote for someone who's not all that suspicious and then vanishing for a while.

Vote: Mole

You were wrong, Werebear. I was not the one who typo'd Florinn, and the post is still there. So your main gripe against me is not even true. It's not "grating my nerves" because you want to vote for me, just that you don't seem to be paying attention. You say I did something I did not do, I prove you wrong, you have no comment on the situation. Then you mess up Leonida's claim.

Anyway, I'll go ahead and say "I told you so", save that for later. Meanwhile,

Florin townie here. Now perhaps the rest of you could go and find something useful to do? There is no reason a bandwagon should be at seven votes this quickly short of a cop coming forward.
