I'm saying that his train of thought isn't fully thought out. To me, it would look like he was trying to set up a mislynch if he wasn't confirmed. Guess that's what playing with a VI does for you though.

To explain, he says that the scum kill HAS to have been blocked. From my point of view, the chances of the scum kill being blocked and the Naive Doc or normal doc stopping a kill seem equally likely.

Anyway, since I agree that Esp is likely the last scum, I'd like to go ahead and

Day Two Lynch Scene:

The Hobbitses gathered around for a second day of lynching.

"So guys," FakeGod began, "I had this dream wherein-"

"Shut it." Espeonage said. "We're not talking about your crack-induced dreams."

CSL spoke next. "Geez, Espeonage, why're you being so mean to FakeGod?"

Espeonage rolled his eyes. "I had a nightmare."

"That sucks." bv310 said. "What was it about?"

Espeonage curled up into the fetal position. "I was... making out with Ginny Weasley."

FakeGod stood up and pulled out a wand. "YOU'LL DIE FOR YOUR INSOLENCE!!"

Espeonage stood up and pulled out his wand. "LUNA IS THE HOTTEST. EVEN COW AGREED."

With that, spells were sent flying. bv310, CSL, and Exilon ducked down behind an over-turned table.

gandalf5166 took a swig from his hip flask.

"EXPELLIARMUS!"

"INCENDIO!"

FakeGod's wand was sent flying, while Espeonage's pants lit on fire.

"CRUCIO!!!"

Espeonage roared, sending a blood-red beam of energy at FakeGod. FakeGod rolled on the ground in agony. "No, don't kill me! I have to dissolve my father's corporate empire!"

Espeonage pointed his want at FakeGod, and the want glowed green in anticipation of the Killing Curse. As Espeonage swished the wand in the air a voice screamed "

"! Espeonage dropped to the ground, dead.

gandalf5166 was holding his wand, pointed at Espeonage. "Consider yourself HAMMERED."

The hobbitses gathered around Espeonage's body, but after ten minutes no transformation occured. They shed a few tears for the Innocent life they just took. But then they realized it was almost time for Luncheon, so they grabbed their hip flasks and headed home.

Espeonage, Town Doctor (Hobbit), was Lynched D2!
