That said baring some further consideration I’m going back to the idea that a Mass-Claim of role Names at this point is warranted. Will elaborate if necessary.

Not sure what the benefit of a name claim would be unless there is reason to believe scum don't have safeclaims. I wouldn't be opposed if you had some reason to think otherwise though, and you/Muffin should definitely choose the claim order if that's what we do.

Proven ability does not equal proven alignment, but I think an investigative role like the one Furcolow is claiming is more likely to be town. In the event that Furcolow is scum, we can ask him to share his results so that the town knows who he's been targeting and what results he's been getting. He can't really lie unless he fakes a result on one of his partners, but that has its own risks.

Well your ability pretty much confirmed his ability, so he was being truthful about that. I do think it's more likely to be a town ability. However, other, unrelated info (namely Ythan being town and Robo possibly being town) makes me more wary of Fur than I had been on previous days. I think it's a bit like what Iec is accusing me of. If Fur is scum, that means he bussed millar pretty strongly on D1 even when there was an opportunity to get Shotty lynched instead. Would scum bus so heavily on D1? Maybe depending on individual playstyles, but I don't know. Another possibility is a millar-Fur-Shotty scum team, which is certainly possible as well. So to answer your question, I think he is less likely to be town that I thought he was yesterday, but not because of his claimed ability.

Stop asking questions. The answers are plainly evident in the post you quoted. The MOD told Muffin he was wrong about Robocopter. Thus Muffin feels his alignment is in question.

And he never got confirmation of my alignment because I used his ability N2 and he was role-blocked N3.

Having re-read Day 1 I think Kdub’s push on millar is much more credible than Furc’s. Go back and see what you think. Furc’s looks very much like bussing when it came down to himself or millar.

My thinking runs contrary – I think the nature of his claim (Ability Cop), confirmed or not, looks much more like a Scum ability when Muffin’s ability as a normal cop is factored in.

Well for the reasons I didn’t want to directly bring up but others did (thanks bv ) I doubt there are scum fake-claims.

There is another reason why I’d like everyone on record to claim.

Character name and Class. The class should be in green if you are Town.

As stated earlier my Name is Rikku and my class is Thief.

I'm not opposed to a nameclaim. IF scum have safeclaims then we're still at square one but I agree with the logic that they probably don't.

Right, because it's impossible for 2 scum players to vote each other in hopes of distancing themselves from each other. What you described is so commonplace I'd be surprised if it didn't happen in every single game on this site. Trying to say that you're somehow "confirmed" cause of this is ridiculous. And secondly I don't think Magna (the thief) was saying he was confirmed town. He was saying I was more or less confirmed town. So arguing that you're "more confirmed" than Magna indicates to me that you are, yet again, not reading the thread carefully.

So let me get this straight: You don't know a lot about the source material from where Magna's role comes. You make no effort to do some background digging, and instead you just arbitrarily decide that he is scum because "thief" sounds scummy.

I took 30 seconds and googled "rikku" and clicked I'm feeling lucky, giving me the wikipedia page for Rikku. It reads, and I quote:
