Yes. But people need to stop using the vote tags when they don't want their vote to have SUPER CAPS LOCK EMPHASIS. Or maybe you did want that.

I just use it cause I'm lazy and it's less work. (It probably wouldn't take that much effort to change it to display like votes typically do.)

What do you mean by the last sentence? It's false. 1st place is 1 of the tiebreakers, and doing it that way allows you to slide anon in over pom in the middle of the list. Although you ended up voting for jason anyway I guess.
