I pretty much agree with Reaper here. I was willing to pass off dram's doc discussion, assuming that he'd seen Reaper's claim of soaking a kill. But the fact that he claims that he didn't see it before commenting does make it seem like a slip.

Unless I'm mistaken, werewolves did work with Death Eaters more than once in the books, so assuming that the ooba kill is a different faction with no other info to back that up is a leap.

Espeonage's claim: I don't think Harry's patronus had a name. Although Prongs was his father's nickname, and in the third book/movie, Harry sees himself casting the patronus spell and thinks it's his father. I definitely can't find anything on google that might suggest the patronus being named Prongs though.

i had a great post yesterday but my internets destroyed it and im very upset now. but lets recap some stuff.

@ dram: You said that already. And what I am saying is, if you really posted that before reading my post, you:

a) assumed that one kill wasn't enough (which a townie would have no way of knowing right off the bat)
b) assumed the kill wasn't a Death Eater kill, according to flavor (which a townie probably wouldn't know, since there ARE curses like Sectumsempra)
c) made the jump straight to doc, without even any conjecture on whether there was a third-party or not (SK or otherwise)

a) Because mafias don't kill now? Never heard that BS
b) Sectumsempra is a clean slash, nothing to do with the kill's flavour. There is NO spell in the whole HP cannon that fits afaik =_=
c) Kmd summed up pretty well the logical sources for the kill. It COULD have been a roleblocker too blocking the kill. Do you feel happy now?

ok ill put my two sense in here. i assumed A&B also. C should only be assumed in your head because there are many possibilities that could cause the outcome that we have now.

ooba dying is good and bad. its great that he died but as a traitor it doesnt give us much info and not to mention scum could have caused it and its allowing them to have a fakeclaim lined up.

once again i want to apoligize to the twon and RC. RC is town 100% and his play is much better.

i want to say that the constant spewing of WIFOM possibilities is making me very uneasy and i would think that holding off is best.

the patronus claim is very odd but basing it on just that might be jumping the gun.

Did a quick skim through HP wiki, and I couldn't find it state specifically that Harry's Patronus is called Prongs, though it does say that Harry's Patronus is in the same shape of his dad's animal form, a stag, and James Potter's nickname is Prongs.

But, I don't believe Esp anyways. I think he's scum.

Dram is not super scum and I seriously don't get the twirling mustaches busted scum vibe from it because its pretty clear something weird happened last night.
Sudo_Nym was a really weird lynch and I'm absolutely baffled by the patronus claim ESPECIALLY as some kind of counterclaim to that. The only issue is its a 1-1 that makes me twice.

Tinfoil theory I really want to explore more: Ooba was trying to signal to his peeps he was a traitor through who he was suspicious of and may* have drawn the kill for it. This would point at RC, Kmd, Esp, MMM having probably two scum in it.

Tinfoil theory two: Something REALLY strange happened last night and ooba wasn't even the target of it. We are, more likely than not, missing an actual Death Eater kill (flavor speculation the only way it makes sense for ooba to be a DE-kill is if they have individualized kill flavor and they sent Fenrir to do it).

I'm pissed, PISSED that jmj is town* because I was all ready to get a murdering.

Hmm. The tinfoil theory would back my Espeon-Furcolow connection that I dismissed and then got confused about again and went "ah, fuck it" because Furcolow is too hard to read. Also, I know I'm not scum and I don't think Reap is, so that leaves Espeon and Furcolow depending on how strongly you believe in the theory.

Dramonic and MPR are both great lynches, as am I. I am very detrimental to the town usually. I will try my best to rectify that.

Oh, I just saw you retracted your statement. I was gonna say I don't mind lynching him as he lead us to a mislynch already. We can't give him the benefit of the doubt really, and even if he can't vote, he claims that us killing him won't inhibit him from having his opinion known which could still really benefit the town even if he isn't lying. Hell, he may even help more without a vote than with a vote if his judgment is as bad as i think

I've got all my nephews so I dont get to bite in as much as I want to but:

Esp's claim hasn't a.) been explained so it actually makes sense and b.) still doesn't fit as 'Prongs the Patronus'.

b.) alone is almost enough to lynch for. Especially since, if b.) is right like I think it is a mass-nameclaim might be AWESOME because the fakeclaims are non-existent or f--.

Dram's jump to a doc protect because no wizard kill isn't a smoking gun. Its worth looking at, sure, but the esp business REALLY bothers me.

And, of course, if he's actually "lynchproof" that needs to be tested.
