camn wrote:Screw that.
Just start typing.

No evidence needed, no quotes.. go down the player list and tell us who is scum and who is town.
I can/will do this right now.
camn wrote:Also, explain your so-called post restriction.
I can't explain it in detail, but it should seem pretty obvious from this post.
camn wrote:Plus, claim or die.
I am not allowed to claim further than saying that I am town, or hinting at what I might know/be able to do :T
MacavityLock wrote:camn
Pretty damn town and probs confirmed mason w/ Sens.
MacavityLock wrote:ChannelDelibird
Lack of read, but possible/probscum based on general lack of anything.
MacavityLock wrote:Deer
Scummy, and I don't really get why he'd need a 1-shot lynch protection as town.
MacavityLock wrote:Fate
Was scummy, but took charge and showed pro-town, however could still be (but unlikely) scum.
MacavityLock wrote:Locke Lamora
I haven't seen Locke around at all, and for lack of a personality here, from my perspective, could possibly be scum.
MacavityLock wrote:raider8169
I think Raider is the most probable scum at the moment, aside from CDB.
MacavityLock wrote:SensFan
I thought Sens was being totally over the top with shouting that camn is town all the time, which is why I'm in doubt about them really being *confirmed* masons, but I have to believe it as true for now.
MacavityLock wrote:Sotty7
I don't have a read on Sotty at all right now, I was going to read Sotty ISO the next chance I had.

SensFan wrote:HAMMERTIME
I do have some info (that I can't share, because of restriction) that would lead me to believe we actually need to hit scum today, not just an anti-town player, in order to win :T

My bad, the forum went down during one of the few chances I actually had a couple *hours* to sit down and take a look at this game.
Fate wrote:Claim, not catch up.
I'll answer questions for now, but if not, I'm quite happy to get some of my cases on CDB and Raider, and more detailed reads on the other few, if you can give me more than a few minutes, since I have to take care of a party in a bit :T

I refuse to believe the whole "I have info I'm not allowed to tell you!" thing one bit.
Also, I'm seeing a pattern. Jason tried to discredit Camn and I, too.

Well, shit. Fine, I'm dead scum. Didn't play that well at all... meh. Sorry, camn and sens, I've failed on you, my scum rivals. Meh :T

I did actually have probably important info though, and since I'm not dead yet (twilight :o), and I don't suppose my partners would mind the cluttering that it'll cause. There were 6 not-town roles out there to begin with. Have fun, you've caught 3.

Also, my post restriction before post 500 was real. Second one wasn't, I just thought I'd roll with it.

Good game, Mac, I enjoyed it for what part of it I was a part of ^_^

I redacted my support for a CDB lynch.
But Deer maybe.

Sens and I will discuss it overnight. They can't kill us both. And so far we are doing pretty good.

What do you think about the Jebus info?
True? Not true?

6 non-town?
That would imply more survivor roles? Since we have only been seeing single nightkills?

We have 2 dead Scum from groupA.

Are you implying it's a 4-man scumgroup against (at most) 7 Town and 1 Survivor?
Are you alternatively implying that Camn and I are a 2-man groupB, who decided to claim a confirmable role, knowing full well we lose if either of us gets killed/lynched?

But yeah that sounds like a pretty powahful role.

Episode 3 - Scene 2

McNulty barged in to the Western District office. "He's in there now?"

Lieutenant Dennis Mello intercepted him. "You got it, Detective. It looks like Mr. Bell and Major Colvin have been talking." He pointed back to the interrogation room. "I don't know how, and I don't know why, but he just came in out of the cold."

"Are you kidding me? We've spent so little time going after this guy so far, and already he gets jumpy? What, he's giving up?"

"Trust me, Detective, I have no idea."

McNulty stewed outside of the interrogation room for a good half hour or so before Major Bunny Colvin stepped out. "Detective McNulty!" he said with a smile on his face. "It's been a while. What brings you back to the Western?"

"That guy you got in there, Stringer Bell? He's a major player in the case I'm working right now. I'm on the Barksdale detail."

"Well then, it seems I've got quite a lot for you. Our Mr. Bell doesn't seem particularly comfortable with the direction his organization is taking, and he wants a way out. He and I have been talking for a little while now. He trusts me."

"Well, that's great, Major. We're trying to move quickly on this one. Can we pack him up and bring him over to my detail?"

"Oh, I don't think he's that comfortable. And this is my pull. He's giving up quite a bit though. You'll get what you need."

"Thanks, Major." McNulty offered his hand, and Colvin shook it heartily. "Looks like we owe you one."

"Oh, you know you do." And with that, Colvin headed back into the interrogation room.

McNulty turned away to walk out. This was a good result, but he was still a bit disappointed that he wasn't able to make the collar himself.

Episode 4 - Scene 1

"Come on into my office, Detective" Lieutenant Daniels waved Detective Freamon in.

"Lieutenant, what can I do for you?"

"Lester, our investigation, has the scope widened without me knowing?"

Lester looked away for just a second. "Well, with this crew, it doesn't look like it's just about the drugs. The money is going places. Places that are worth exploring."

"I'm sorry to be abrupt about this, but we can't be exploring them."

Lester looked up to meet Daniels' eyes angrily. "Lieutenant, some of the money is going to a state senator. We're talking bribery, payoffs, corruption."

"The people I'm reporting to don't want to hear it. They want the drugs, and that's all they want. This investigation is going too fast, too wide for them."

"And what do you want me to do? Close my eyes to it?
Not
investigate like a police?"

"Lester, why
did
you land in the Pawn Shop unit all those years ago?"

"This is bullshit, Lieutenant!"

"You think I don't know that? But I can't have you following the money trail here."

"Well, if you can't have me doing my damn job, I don't know what my purpose is on this detail," Lester said with disgust.

"I was hoping you wouldn't say that," Daniels sighed in resignation. "But it looks like I'm going to have to take you off the wires and the paperwork. You're either on the street, or you're off the unit."

"Looks like I'm off the unit then." Lester got up, and stormed out of the room.
