The Locke does not believe you ever clearly stated that you had altogether abandoned this thinking until The Locke clarified what he believed Zazie's question to be. neglecting your PR will NOT get you modkilled, but they may have in-game consequences that would be both personally detrimental and personally amusing, and you need to remember that im the mod that scares the other bastard mods!
(and puppies. I never understood that. I LIKE puppies, so why do they shake when i come near. Chihuahuas, i would understand, cause thats what they do...anywho)

I have seen a few instances of people forgetting thier PR's, and it has been noticed.
and in some cases, prodicated. but i think it is fair to make it a general warning.
