Just to clarify.
You post that your first balance. Then the next one is 10 minutes after the first one.
After that you deduct 30 seconds there after to balance so the next one is 9:30 (minute:seconds) then 9 minutes even and so forth?

It goes Balances first, then time second. If 2 people tie for balances, then whoever had the shortest time wins.

Morph that doesn't answer my question. I want to know which time I look at. Do I look at the last time I posted to know my time for the next time I balance.

IE: I balanced at 25 seconds the first time and then 15 seconds the next time.
I look at the last time I balanced to know when to balance again?

Yes. It would be exactly X time, where X is 30 seconds less then the last time.
