based on what I've read, SV will give reasons for his actions listed in my ISO. (probably something the along the lines of, 1-4 was internet problem, 6 was just explaining his question, 8 was just responding to accusations against him and so on)

Because I'll probably be gone for awhile due to test prep, I'll post my responses to the anticipated responses.

Internet problem's understandable and all, but for 25 minutes? and for 4 times in a row? with people posting between your posts? You can't say that doesn't look fishy.

I will close-reread 8. But it gave me a strong impression that you were just angry at people for voting/accusing you.

Please explain why lynching SV is bad. D1 lynch, after all, often the least-informed of the lynches, a thing closest to a Random Lynch. It's not that bad to be eliminated d1 if you know your presence will waste investigations or cause further confusions among the townspeople, which could certainly be the case.

Fate's case against you is that you didn't do anything to help town. Your response?

On another note, people I do encourage caution for secret doublevoters.

I personally have a neutral read on SV at the moment. Most of his mistakes haven't screamed at me as scummy behavior to be honest. I am more comfortable with a Pitt or Lowell lynch today to be honest. At the moment, it seems there is plenty of pressure on SV anyways. You don't my vote to help you end Day 1 too early.


SV is not the first person to get close to lynching this game. Out of curiousity, why should he be the first to claim after reaching that benchmark (L-2)? Why did we not ask Seraphim(Sens) or Lowell to claim when they neared a possible lynch themselves? I would agree that at L-1, a player should claim if they haven't yet though.


Personally, I find SVs potential lynch just a little too easy. Granted he didn't look the best on his defense, and he may be getting bussed by his mates, but still, this lynch appears to be happening with little resistance. Still, this is one of the main problems I have with bandwagons. They make lynches look too easy, and upon analysis make it difficult to tell if the person is scum or just an easy mislynch. I like conversation that is more divided because it shows people's convictions one way or another.

I could be wrong and stuck on my opinion of Pitt and Lowell though, but lynching a bad town player on Day 1 wouldn't be some historical new happening either. Granted, I would take bad town over obvtown lynch any day (except LyLo), but I would prefer it not be so in the dark, especially since we still have plenty of discussion time remaining.


Day 1 is the only time of the game we will get the opportunity for complete interactions from all players in the game. I'd rather not rush it just yet.

Absolutely agree, esp about the preemptive responses. Also people who go out of their way to mention how busy and distracted they are generally give me scummy vibes.

In other news, I've seen nothing from shattered. He trolls around looking for lurkers to "monitor", gets a wagon on himself, and hasn't done much.

Sometimes the people who scumhunt by trolling (Fate) are the biggest geniuses when reactions like Shattered's ISO-8 come out brimming with emotion like that. I think beneath that lashing out of emotion, there's fear that he's about to be flipped as scum by someone he perceives to be an idiot. I'd like a claim from him as well, but I think he's a good choice.

Let's not lynch though even after the claim *just* yet. Starbuck wants to reread and Twomz (that I know of off-hand) could use a tad more content. I also demand an explanation from Riceballtail on why I'm being voted that doesn't lamely borrow from LOLcats. It's not fair to me to be voted like that.

leafs: I've offered explanations in my posts already why what I do is pro-town. It's your burden of proof why my explanations are implausible. It's not flailing, it's not "batting away", it's called prove why I'm wrong or forget it. Don't you dare personally attack me and say I don't know how to play this game.

You're also tunneling because you have failed to give direct acknowledgment of ANY other player in the game- all you've said is "L-1 speedwagons are stupid" (this one isn't) and that's about the extent of it. I'm completely deflecting here, but you're not looking. You instead have locked onto me solely because I had what you believed to be a flawed strategy, and now whenever I try to explain it and all your other accusations, instead of saying "Well that's false because [blank]" you instead say "Really? To me it looks like [blank]" without once mentioning my stance on the issue.

I'm not going to explain this again, leafs. You're going to be a detriment to us in endgame if you continue to belligerently go after one person and twist all words to the scummiest extent possible and not acknowledge town POVs. They are there. I'm saying them. Or am I crazy?
