You're using words like "weird" and "odd" instead of "scummy" and "bad". Townies can do a lot of "weird" and "odd" things, but scum are a lot more more likely to do "scummy" and "bad" things.
And stuff like "might" and "probably" show an unwillingness to make a stance.
When I first played scum I played more passively because I was afraid that if I was too aggressive I would look like I was pushing a lynch without a real case. Scum don't have to be sure on their reads because the more they leave themselves open to change the easier it is to slip onto a townie wagon with a good reason.
Townies need to make solid stances on things because if nobody makes a solid stance then the scum will dominate the game.
It's not that you might possible be scum because of odd and weird things you have done... it's that you ARE scum because of your scummy behavior.

1. SAMP died. He's not going to be scum.
2. If Prana is town (which he is) then Zoiaum also has to be town.
3. mb is the very last person on the draft list, thus very unlikely to be scum.

I know you are not me. But I know how scum play. Most scum I've seen tend to be passive in their approach so that they're less likely to get called out for being on ML wagons - they try to make their vote as justified as possible.

Ah, wonderful question. Allow me to answer.
If Dramonic is scum-vig, he will happily shoot townies without any second thoughts. However if we guide him to shoot a scumbuddy and he doesn't do such, we catch 2 scum! Especially if this shot comes after a guided kill to a townie.
