The argument about the images used in role PMs are perhaps the second most ridiculous thing I've ever seen on this site (game-wise). The first would be the quoted url where the image came from.

I don't think it's as clear-cut as you make it out to be. I can easily imagine Tar thinking that Amished wasn't going to get lynched anyway due to the deadline. It's a risky play, but it works great as distancing if it succeeds.

Possible, but very unlikely IMO. Why take the risk of losing your scumbuddy so early? It screws you for the rest of the game, particularly if you know there's another scum faction. If you're trying to throw together a deadline mislynch on D1, I highly doubt Tar would go for his scumbuddy when he could have picked from any of the rest.

I just re-read the context in which he made that vote: he was the second vote and there was very little momentum. Obviously, looking back, knowing that Amished almost got lynched, you think scum shouldn't vote for scum there, but that's tainted by what actually happened: at the time of his vote, the likelihood of Amished actually getting lynched was pretty small. I doubt Tar expected such a big Amishedwagon to spring up.

@Izzy - It only works to redirect one player's night actions, and I don't know who scum are to use it. I'd rather wait until I have a good idea where to use it instead of wasting it.

Because I thought the same thing that she did yesterday; and besides, scum would know that faking a claim of another biker would be extremely dangerous for a single mislynch. It just doesn't make any sense. Besides, Kise and xRx are experienced enough to not allow their game to be broken by massclaiming (and I view this to be an attempt to throw suspicion where there shouldn't be any at all.)

Ok, this rubs be wrong for two reasons: you'd vig somebody that you thought hinted at a power role; and isn't the Soc kill getting mobbed/mauled or something? That doesn't sound like a vig at all. Kill flavor is one of the easiest things to keep from a video game to a MS game. Hopefully I can catch up more.

What makes you think that? Don't you remember we checked to see if anyone counterclaimed bv? If nobody CCed, it means he did get the bile. He might still be scum and destroyed it, but he almost definitely did get it. Don't you agree?
