Argument ignores a lot of scenarios - you might have two dead town on your hands.

I think it's FFFF choice to make. If he is ready to bet his life on J-Scope being scum, we don't need more information to lynch J-Scope. If his information is conditionnal, well, he should state clearly so and probably give more information.

I think we should wait for him to give us a bit more than "durf I have role info on him that I think indicates scum" before asking for a J-Scope claim (let alone a lynch), yes. This kind of situation is exactly the sort of one scum want the town to blindly rush their way through.
