Here's the thing. From my perspective, either Haylen is lying or Phate is. According to the consensus, abilities shift 2 downward. If he accounted for this, and investigated Sociopath, then Haylen is likely scum. However, if he investigated Haylen then it would get redirected to ME, and I'm definitely not an Outsider.

Actually, I think there is one of three possibilities that don't include you.

1) There is an outsider who is not on the player list (ala in 28 or so)

2) Tar was the target (being around 28, maybe at that time) and on top of being Neutral Surviver he was also outsider (Kosh could do that).

or 3) It uses actual numbers, and it may have targeted Kinetic (the former #1), and since he is dead he is now an "outsider".

Continuing off my last day case. If you need a scummy argument look at the last vote Flava did. What he did was Vote Ani and FoS you. I drove the Cobalt case. Flava went along for the ride without any reasoning. He was also opposed to the subgame being announced and voted Mae in a rehashed style bandwagon.

And look at my Mae vote. I gave my reasons as bullet points. It seemed obvious as hell that she wasn't town. Guess what. She wasn't.

Reading hp's ISO,
-Ani is not aligned with hp (which we already knew)
-hp voted Shotty and unvoted two posts later. the similar post restriction has me hesitant to call scumbuddies here, but it's interesting
-hp seemed genuinely interested in lynching ani, mae, and dram. Not particularly useful with one of those being a flipped cult and another being a claimed neutral, but dram's alignment wasn't revealed. I'm going to guess that he was non-scum who hp thought was non-town.
-comment on Snow is a possible scumbuddy. quick acknowledgment that she claimed role based stuff without an opinion.
-DT is not aligned with hp. (hp seems to honestly suspect DT of being culted)
-Another jab at Shotty makes me see scumbuddies again.

Conclusions:
This wasn't as useful as I'd hoped, but we can say that Ani, dram (dead, but not revealed), and DT are probably not mafia. I also think Snow is hp's scumbuddy. Shotty, the only thing making me think he isn't hp's scumbuddy is the similar post restriction, but then again who knows.

. I told you in my posts when I reread hp. Hp was more focused on Mae and Ani that I believe scum is hiding behind these wagons. This makes your votes very suspect back when Mae was lynched.

What's the biggest smoke screen that scum can hide behind? Neutral hunting.

4. The case on Dram was driven by me. Of course scum is going to jump behind OMG A COP GOT A SCUM RESULT ON DRAM lolololol. That wagon makes me think Dram is town, rather then Dram thinking hp was non-town. In fact, that wagon turned around in a couple pages to lynch. The fact that you forgot about:

a. The abilities are shifted two spots down.
b. The fact how easy the wagon filled
c. Connecting Hp to Dram on hp's behviour

Take for example your Shotty point. You see a potential scum-link via PR, potential distancing. But you "hesitate to call Shotty out on this". Wait, you find an argument against someone but you don't run with it.

If you want scum who's camoflauged behind neutral wagons, Flava fits the bill. Hp demonstrated this in rereads. Scum was on that wagon for sure.

You didn't connect the dots. Barring the fact that Hp was obviously neutral hunting, I fail to see any other scum cases that would stand alone outside of your hp reread.

The FoS and the lack of vote reads as throwing suspicion around, without committing to anything. This looks exceptionally bad since you appear to be skimming details.

Dramonic and Azazel's roles have not been revealed. I could see them having a chance to come back and most likely controlled by another role. A subgame wouldnt seen possible.
