Rezzing me kind of made sense because I heard noise, but there's a number of players that DGB can ward so as to not put all of our eggs in one basket. In fact, there's likely to be a lot of stalking going on tonight by our other murderers, so warding may be a good option for other players that don't have much to do as well.

I moved away from the temple, and began exploring the city.

Strange buildings seemed to grow out of the very bedrock...







Everywhere I turned, there was more to see, more to explore. I was fascinated, compelled to feel the city all around me...







I moved in closer to one of the larger buildings, crumbing after what must have been millennia...



Scattered all along the entrance to the building were strange, grinning skulls, vaguely humanoid but utterly alien.

My dusty footfalls echoed around the chamber. There was little light, but what I could make out was row after circular row of seats, descending further into the darkness.

I slowly, silently made my way to the bottom, moving with the sudden curves and unnatural spirals of the ancient staircase.

In my mind, I heard noise; something like cheering, or screaming, or both at once. It hovered around me, insubstantial as memory.

I could see light slowly spilling onto the sandy floor at the bottom; from where, I knew not. As the light crept up the floor, I saw that the stadium opened out to far-reaching plains beyond; but what took centre stage was this:


It was a cruel torture implement, older than humanity itself. The wicked impulses in my unravelling mind, awakened by the madness embedded in the very stone of this unholy place, yearned to watch someone twist in agony upon it.

I looked around at my fellows, and knew they were thinking the same.

Basically iLord, I think the scum are too scared to post in this thread because at this point it's a losing cause for them. We have them wrapped up so tight it's not even worth them putting an effort in.

In fact, scums, just claim now so we can take care of you quickly and don't need to bother dragging this out any longer than necessary.
