Heres what it says about the Mafia.

Roles

Mafia Goon

You can talk at night with [Player1] and [Player2]. You may target a player, thus killing them. This ability may only be used during the Night phase. You win if at least one member of your group is alive and all other players are dead (or if nothing can prevent the same).

Treacherous Lover

You can talk at night with [Player1] and [Player2]. You may target a player, thus killing them. Upon the death of [Player], you will commit suicide. You win if at least one member of your group is alive and all other players are dead (or if nothing can prevent the same).

. If they were allowed to talk before the game started then they would know. If not then they wouldn't till we lynch someone. TheLoneWolf brought it up and said that they didn't know. I don't think he meant that he knew and he was probably guessing they didn't but, how did he know?

They are not allowed to talk before game start, as that would imply Nightstart when, in reality, the game is Daystart.

Sorry, no. All three bad guys have access to the same Quicktopic, and they all got the link at the same time. However, they are not allowed to talk until Night.

@DLA- But it doesnt list the name of the lover the treacherous lover is paired with. Therefore if the town lover of the scum pair claimed, then the goons would have no idea which pair the treacherous lover is in, short of the treach voting for the other pair.

Also, at TheLoneWolf. How did you know that scum didnt know who the treacherous lovers partner was? It seems to me that most players wouldnt get that without looking it up because it seems to me it would be assumed. Also, you said it casually as in it was a fact without even alerting the town, or asking the town if it was true. This seems very scummy to me that you just know and just play it off as a common known fact to the town. Seems like a possible scum Slip.

Also, upon a closer re-read, it seems I may have been a little too critical of XScorpion, but I stand by my statements about Easjo.

It seems that the Town are not the only people looking for the threacherous lover. I love the suspense.

Of course the treacherous lover could have gotten around that by outing himself as one of the lover pairs. Then the rest of the team would know that the other claimed lover was a safe target.

I'm still leaning towards Yankee because I really don't like the manner in which he forced an out.

Why?

I agree with Robo that we should lynch a lover pair today before scum discover which one is the scum pair (assuming of course, the treacherous lover didn't already claim). Yankee seems scummier to me than Chrono for his sudden and unprovoked claim, but Chrono's die roll landed on himself so I'll just have to keep a policy vote.

Also, I am very unsettled about Nikanor's lurkiness. I have seen him posting in other topics so I see no reason for him to post here. Plus in the beginning I was somewhat suspicious of him. So I wouldnt be surprised if Nikanor was a goon/treach. Chrono, can you say if Nikanor is your lover, because if so I would rather vote you then me. I can say that he is not mine.

Really, why does this matter? I'd prefer if we just played this game instead of going on a goose chase for meta.

Yankee, why do you think your lover is scum? If you're going to want to lynch yourself, I'd prefer a case on your partner. I realize that this would require you to reveal your buddy. If you think he's scum, that really shouldn't be a problem.
