Kairyuu, I think you are misreading the location thing. Couldn't someone whose location is scumchat have killed him? (Kairyuu, Cobalt, Shotty, Tar if I'm not mistaken). This is really starting to look like Shotty killed Kinetic and if he did, I'd like to know why.

Kairyuu, you say Ani is harmless, but knowing that he faked his win condition, there's a chance that he fakeclaimed entirely and has abilities that we didn't see. It's not a stretch at all that he could be an SK who erased the ability to kill from his Role PM when he posted it.
