And yeah, I'm playing Devil's Advocate here and think that the mysterious new players should be under heavy scrutiny right now.
Or we could speedlynch Tar and profit. Personally, I like my plan.

*heavier scrutiny than the mod, excuse me

Still, I don't think that we should lynch the mod right away.

Mod first, he who must not be named and the other guy (possibly) later.

Now, I've never played a Mind Screw game before, but why was lynching the mod profitable in other Mind Screw games? Pardon my ignorance.

I'm really sad that you and Seraphim both want me dead. It's very disheartening. :(

Not you!

(Also, Tar was an Evil Overlord on the last game. I'm not sure about MS1 and MS2.)

Mind Screw 1: Lynching the mod would do something good for the town (I don't remember what)

Mind Screw 2: The mod was Mao. He was never lynched, and the rules remained hidden all game.

Mind Screw 3: The mod was a punisher SK.

Those are the only "official" mind screw games imo, because Marathon was, well, a marathon game, and Gaiden was not created or run by Tar (was a Natirasha-mod), and was very poorly balanced.

Mind Screw 1: Lynching Tar would reveal that Tar wasn't in the game and wouldn't end the day.
Mind Screw 2: Tar was Chairman Mao, so lynching him = removing Rule 0.
Mind Screw 3: Tar = Mod SK.

Tar lynch is a very good idea - only question is, should we lynch him or his Chairman Mao alt first?
You said my name?

No, we want to kill him. I distinctly remember him NOT being on the original player list. He's number 27, but who's number 26?

(He was Chairman Mao [who revealed the rules if lynched], and Tarhalindur wasn't really a player on MS1. He was a rolecop, but he was a normal role.)

Aha, thanks, I'll keep that in mind. I'm still not sure what to really think though...what if the mod is pro-town this time around?

Mmmm, no. That's not going to happen. Tar is too much of an evil mastermind to be pro-town.

Since he's the one we send night actions to, killing him will effectively stop the mafia from killing anyone. Immediate win.

Based of Mind screw 2, this is the best lynch. If he is not Tar, we can simply lynch Tar next but it is best to not leave Tar alive when lynching him has never hurt town before.

Meh. I don't like the look of this. Two alts in one Mind Screw game? The question is, who is controlling this Fraction Jackson? One of us? Tar? One of the people who /inned but didn't get a player slot? I LOVE THE MYSTERY!

Anyway, should we start pooling some information? What if we all change our avatars and locations, just to prove who can? Anyone else think that would help in any way?
