I don't know how I feel about this "wanting to replace out = scum" argument, applied to either xRx or flinter/Jack.

However, I acknowledge that he's playing the devil's advocate here and pointing out hohum's hypocrisy (hohum tacitly implies that it is clear-cut as xRx=scum, flinter=town), and his other points against hohum are good; in particular, I like post 274.

Saying your vote is final means you're not interested in pressuring anyone else in the game. Add to that the fact that flinter replacing out

drew no comment from him at all

is further evidence of his selective reading and general scumminess.

1. You may have implied she was scum in this exchange, but it reads more like "go away, stop being annoying, let's lynch xRx" than "you are scum and this is why".
2. You're missing the point by making these vague allusions. Her replacing out wasn't worthy of notice, but xRx's threatening to replace out was good enough for you to lock on with your final vote.
3. This is really 1+2 - if you did actually think she was scum, why did you ignore her replacing out? Surely it would have made you

Can someone summarise the things kyle has done which are actively scummy please?

He's made seven posts in about ten days, and said very little in the posts he has made. He's played entirely reactively. He "unvoted after the RVS". He blatantly contradicted himself about his read on xRx. In the last six days all he's said is that xRx should replace out.

I'd like to lynch kyle or xRx today pls.

Two things that are interesting about kyle+xRx. One, kyle99 said he had never seen xRx as scum yet announced a "fairly Town" read, but then doubled back and said that xRx was playing to his meta and he couldn't get a good idea even though xRx was doing scummy things. That's the backtracking ekiM was talking about. But here's something else I find compelling.

kyle99 was in the above-quoted game, although he was replaced due to activity delinquency (he said he was in the hospital but didn't bother telling anyone - this was before he joined this game, so I'm presuming that incident was over when he joined this game). While kyle didn't post in the endgame, at the time he was replaced he had just voted xRx on suspicion of being scum, and I would be fairly surprised if he didn't keep up with the game even after he had replaced out.

I don't know that kyle's scum. I don't THINK he is because he's played with his town meta and not his scum meta this game. But I've pissed kyle off and gotten very angry when I've attacked him many times in the past, so for him to willingly say I'm town... he's either 1) actually town, or 2) scum trying to get on my good side since I've lynched him every time I've played with him as scum.
