-No, but I'm also not that suspicious of EB in the first place. His suspicion of KMD didn't appear out of the blue and if anything it looks more like LC is following him than the other way around.
Why would you think EB gets a pass?
However, you raise a point that EB's decision to kill KMD could be a scum move. I guess I'll take action on that.
-LC probably won't take damage or flip this round. Unless he has 4 miss/beer cards or he has teammates who decide to help him, it seems likely that he will die before any other shots go through.
-I'm not sure about you. Your initial plays seemed really odd for a townie, and since then it's been back and forth. The timing of your post; responding to my post and also responding to a mysterious attack withing 2 minutes of it happening are leaning me back to the other side.
-I don't think KMD has any cards in play, so your Cat Balou shouldn't have any effect.

Also, question about the Whiskey card that McGriddle used. In the original rules printing, the card required discarding two cards in order to play. However, in the current game that rule was changed to mean play the Whiskey card and discard 1 card along with it. If we are playing by the current rules, then McGriddle should only have discarded 1 card, so my derringer should have taken a card from him. Are we using the current rules?
