I'd like everyone else at similar damage (3-4 damage). Feel free to put PE at Annachie at the same if you think my read on him is mistaken.

I'm gonna shoot to kill Yawetag, but also spend some shots to balance McGriddle and LC.

Yawetag has played 4 cards today so should be unable to survive those two shots. I'm hoping the day ending in 48 hours will minimize damage from Sheriff being out of town and not being able to defend himself.

I have no cards left out of whiskey. I used it to restore eas's LP's, now I have no cards left.

Ah well, that was a mistake then. I was playing it more for the damage than the steal a card effect.

Errata for Whiskey is that you just play it and discard a single card in addition to the Whiskey. I'm guessing FS is using the original card instead of the newer one.

Eas, Annachie and LC - could you please fire off all your remaining shots to confirm you still have some left?

I know there's a chance the mystery shots don't use ammo, and if so you'll all have some left, but we won't be out anything...but if they do use ammo, it should become obvious who fired them.

Although Kast seems convinced they're a mod device, I think 477 indicates very strongly that they aren't - makes no sense that rule 9 would stop scum from waiting around for rule 9 to kill someone off, and the shots don't seem to be focused on lurkers so far.

Ok, guys, do keep in mind I'm on V/LA right now. So don't expect me to answer a lot.

Reasoning for shooting these players: I don't like kmd's recent play. However, if I shoot all of my bullets at him, he may well die and I think Kast said not to go allout killing anyone. So I am left with shooting easjo or EB. Of the two, I shot easjo because she has more hp left than EB.

And how would you know this? I don't recall ever reading that HPs were the same for every player. EB has one bullet heading towards him/her; eas has 0. If EB's HPs are 6 and eas only has 4, then EB would still have more HP.
