As for why jb would be worrying about pressure, I didn't think that one through at all, so I waited to answer, and then eventually forgot about it. I just thought that I wanted to see him under pressure, but unfortunately it does not look like that will happen soon.

As for the fact about my lurking, I don't know, I wasn't actively lurking, I truly had nothing to say, and so contributed to my not posting here. The only thing I have right now are a few town tells, and I'd rather not share them for the sake of hopefully not telling scum who would be the best nightkill. So, I guess just to hear more from him,

It's called voting for the person I think is most deserving of my vote. I'm sorry, would you like me to just tunnel someone from page one to the endgame? Cause I can do that but I doubt the rest of the players would like it.

And what do you mean what happened to my fos on water foul? I'd rather pursue the scummiest person in the game (i.e. you) than someone less scummy.

When I vote, I give the exact reasons for my vote. Whatever makes me vote is in the vote post. And I didn't come out of nowhere to vote you, I moved my vote back to you after I noticed that you were being really scummy again.

*I don't find him my prime suspect, but I've noted his relatively low content posting and opportunistic vote jumping all over the place. Might be his playstyle, but it strikes me as odd.

lol, while i was making a case against him, you posted this. I originally picked waterfowl because of the people who were under pressure of votes, water_fowl seemed like the best vote to get information from, and help make my decision.

Seeing how water_foul hasn't posted since who knows when, my apologies if I don't exactly buy this excuse.

I'm a bit uncomfortable with him having four votes now though, especially given that his most recent post mimics my thoughts on jbernier3* and also because I may not be able to check this thread in the next 24 hours or so, so I'll Unvote.

He's only at L2 and you're uncomfortable? Isn't the point of voting him to pressure him to talk more? How is that achieved if you so easily back off the wagon?

What really gets me about this is in iso7 when he attributes at least part of his lurkiness to being in "untested waters" because players who were more at the center of attention requested to be replaced. He joined in 2007 yet he's thrown off by a replacement... that seems very odd to me, and more like making excuses for lurking, not being so active.

Just to play devil's advocate...he only has 96 posts so his excuse could have been legitimate. Granted, whether it's the truth or not, it is still a weak excuse.

I don't think I answered this question, so...

Not really, because as I said earlier, I would best describe RZ's play style as "random and newbish." That's not to say he couldn't be scum, but I think it would be foolish to count replacing out as a major point against him. I see FA replacing out as mostly null as well, since the pressure that was on him had already shifted to other players by the time he replaced.

Yeah, that quote. Scum wants to know what about their play is giving them away, and they might go so far as to mention it outloud. But that's only combined with the other scummy things Smashbro has done.

My second-highest suspect? Water_foul, who never did answer my question about what made him "mistakenly" think Rz and FA were a scum team. Unfortunately, I know SpyreX is a good player and will be a lot harder to read.

These are the notable things I got from it.

- JB is second or third vote on every bandwagon
- Rz, FA, and Water make one move then disappear off the face of the earth.
- Fitz is FoS crazy and doesn't change vote from Rz
- Deer's vote has stayed on Rz all game and hasn't changed
- Smash backs off Rz vote quickly as well as changing vote from water to JB quickly.

- Te has generally followed where the votes are going all game and has not initiated any bandwagons. Possible parroting and attempt to blend in background..

Hey guys! First, allow me to shamelessly compliment: chauchau is an archetypal badass and is confidently dominating this game. I can't help it, I'm at the age where I have to point shit out.

Well, I'm done with my initial read. I have a lot to say, but it's all in note form at the moment, and I'd prefer to make something more coherent out of the pile before I just dive in. I don't have time to do that yet, but here's my scum-scale based on the first ten pages. This is partly based on gut (which is a really broad and vague way to explain something, btw), and more based on things people have done, and also the interactions that have occurred between all players.

Some of the players I find scummy have odd ties to other players that I don't necessarily have sound reads on. Also, most of the scummy players have fewer "odd ties" to each other (or none at all) than to other players. So, while I find several players scummy, I also have several more to look into because of connections between players. I'll be giving examples of these, to see whether you guys think it's just paranoia. This will be more relevant after we lynch scum.

I've recently seen some discussion on "confirmation bias." (Not in this game, just in general.) I tried my best to keep rz's role out of my reads on other players, but it was hard to do that, knowing what the role is. Now that I'm aware of confirmation bias, I have to take it into account when forming reads. Some players may have reacted to rz's style in a more pro-town way than I'm giving them credit for.

Expect a vote from me by probably tomorrow.
