See, since my ALLIANCE is being lazy its been left to me to go a lookin at post Parama's claim:

I'm not buying it. I'm getting better at differentiating between scum and cops especially (since it's such a popular fake claim) and I see way more scum behavior than cop behavior.

Offhand i would say leave him cause if he is telling the truth the scum have no choice but to kill him and even if he is scum cop his own scum have to act on his info at some point. Therefore he is dead no matter what now.

When someone plays mediocre but gets run up to a claim for some stupid reason, he might escape the lynch with a claim. But when someone says "Haha, wagon me all you want, because I'm not getting lynched" the claim doesn't change as many people's minds. Just so you know.

I think that claiming a faction specific cop isnt something that scum would do in this game. Im betting on a higher chance of there being no Greek mafia (see bastard mod game) then Parama being scum. Too many major pitfalls for scum to make that claim.

Need to do a little reading to see where I need to move my vote first.

So, taking a look at the quick responses to that claim:

Rifka gets super A+++.
LLama gets a smiley face.

The rest of those get barfey-faces of some level.

Pom gets the least as of now.
Dramonic gets a bit worse.

I would totally, TOTALLY, put a bullet through Starbuck or Amished though.

Needless to say, half-cocked again and I'll make it my only goal to make sure you get lynched. Town consensus for your shots is fine (as is taking a shot yourself if it makes sense). Half-cocked and not looking at what's happening AND then just kinda shrugging it off smells of SK.

That wagon at its apex had 10 people on it. With multiple scumgroups I'd bank fat and hard on there being at least 3 scum on it.

I like "oh, I assume scum would do this in this many numbers" theory posts; cause you absolutely can't predict some natures. Also doesn't take into account any context, and one data point is great for predicting a pattern

Also, if DN is lying, he's vanilla? What? Now that Parama spilled the beans about claiming vanilla (as scum) to avoid Ani; what sense would a PR claim by a vanilla make? If ani doesn't believe the PR claim, it's a good time to shoot and then you're destroying another pro-town role (unless you don't believe ani, which I don't believe that DN had really said one way or another.) You make no sense.

How about the fact that the americans (our only revealed scumgroup) have *nothing to fear* from a anti-greek cop? It's even beneficial for them to keep an anti-greek cop alive. Wouldn't that be an even better place to start since we can also look for ties to SSK? You as an experienced member of ms should know that a scum dead is worth at least two townies dead (more often three) due to connections. But tell me; what motivation would an American mafia have on lynching an anti-GREEK cop?

If DN is lying, there's a high chance he is vanilla because that claim is designed to draw a shot. Him being vanilla mafia neuters the vig.

My understanding, and the way I'm rolling with it, is that Ani loses his power if he hits someone without a power role or with a post restriction.

This is tangential at best, though to important matters.
