A couple of people in this game are pretty obv-town right now if you read closely enough. I don't see how Sakako is even remotely one of them.

Monkey also isn't one of them, but I'm nowhere near as sold on him as I am on Sakako.

Sak seems to be playing to appease everyone instead of trying to scumhunt. When people started to build a case on Sakako, he just acted insulted and started making it personal. Also, all of his votes have been complete crap. His vote on Net was because he was defending himself, which I've come to find that people do in this game. He voted xReck because he thought that he was trying to trap him, which really makes no sense. Last, he has basically said that he's not going to post anymore and has given up. If he's not gonna scumhunt, than I see no reason to keep him.

I don't like the way Netopalis backed off the Monkey case so easily the minute I suggested I would consider a Sakako wagon. Monkey's responses to the case against him weren't particularly genius - rather, they seemed pretty generic to me. The fact that Net gave up so easily means either A) his Monkey case was poorly built in the first place, because he never bothered to examine basic front lines, or B) he wants to kick it in favor of either an easier or a non-Monkey target. Neither option bodes well.

It'd actually be L-2, not L-1. Either way, though, I don't really understand the whole "L-1" paranoia. Sure, Kyle was lurking and his reasons were copy/paste, but why is him using

reasons we think are good

to put someone we

think is scummy

at L-1 so god awful in and of itself?

Okay. I'm not meaning to be defeatist. I should probably play a few more newbie games before trying to play with the big guys, but here's what I'm thinking.

xReck - most probably town. Either that, or very good scum. He's been hunting pretty much from the get-go, and that's good. I like that play.

Neto - more likely town than not. Just a gut feeling for now.

Kyle - not sure what to think. I'd like for him to provide a link to the game which he's using as meta for Monkey.

Monkey - quite possibly scum. I don't really have any new reasons for this, but I really don't like the way he shifted the discussion from him as scum to random x as scum.

Almaster - not quite sure here either.
Lowell - likewise.

DRK - Quite possibly town, for same scumhunting reasons as xReck.

Esp - possibly town. Making some good attempts at hunting.

Bob, Nik - possibly scum, lurking somewhat.

Hito - unsure. Possibly town though, making some good cases against me.

If I've forgotten anyone, please let me know.

The reason is that if Kyle is scum then he is taking the oportunity to get the easy lynch before any more suspicion can be aroused and thus allowing scum to net two easy kills. That is why people towards the end of a wagon start to appear scummy if they haven't provided good reasoning. It is hard for someone to come up with new reasoning when it is 7 to the lynch. But still I can see where both sides of the arguement are. The other thing that counts against kyle is that he has been lurking and thus makes himself more suspicious by popping up when someone gets close to being lynched. That in itself is scummy.

Something I just thought of now: could this be because they're scumbuddies? I'm not really of the opinion that this

the case, but it's a bit of food for thought.
