I don't take the first question seriously. Tell me if I should. I'm only giving up if people continue to vote for me without giving much reason for it. The name of my role is Boy Blue. I don't know what that means to you, but I've never read the fables or whatever behind this game.

Time for a claim. I'm a town-aligned role who starts as a VT, but can become more. Don't ask me what "more" is, I don't know. If you look at te phonics, the rhyming is close

I have 5 votes, not 2. When I said a bunch of votes, that did not have to mean before I "gave up" or whatever. 2 votes caused the defeatist attitude because I already didn't like the position I was in. Now, what do you think of my claim? I want as much comment on it as possible.

. It makes no sense for him to be that terrible at rhyming and to blatantly not rhyme in one post and still be a PR. Lies, I say!!! I'm not necessarily a LAL guy, but in this case, I'm leaving my vote there until he gives me a satisfactory explanation.

I think the Boy Blue claim is believable. When I was agonizingly trying to research this Volume of Fables, one of the reviewers indicated that he was "very happy" with what "they did" with BB in the novel. He's also a real non-entity in the Deluxe Edition (Vol. 1-2) that I read. So, assuming that I'm not misremembering the review or something, that fits with BB becoming a fancier person pending certain conditions. I actually had BB in my head when Dana first described his role.

I wish I were in a position to make a private shortlist for who MM might be. He's claimed (temp)gimp rhymer so far, which doesn't bring anyone in particular to mind. (I think Mina was the one who knew this sort of thing.) I need to find Volume 4 at the library.

A thought on MM: if the punishment for a second infraction is just a one-day-only loss of voting privileges, we can probably confirm his PR, at least, at minimal cost.

I'm inclined to provisionally accept dana's claim because it accords at least on the surface with some of what I've been able to glean about Boy Blue from reviews, although I've not read the actual volume.

I think MonkeyMan is scummy but there is, apparently, some role PM related reason not to lynch him today, and I still think ABR's attempted hammer on Sanhora was the scummiest play of the game to date. DGB's entrance as ABR's replacement has not impressed me at all, and the case DGB purported to make on RF (now Dana) was utterly bogus. I didn't vote for Dana because of DGB's bogus case but because Dana's own entrance annoyed the heck out of me, being: confirm/blech/kill me/waah and I figured he could use some additional pressure to convince him to either play or die.
