I actually strongly agree with both of these, particularly HellnFire. He seems very apologetic and eager to appease players when he is questioned.

Hell needs to put up something very impressive or be lynched. He's overly concerned with his image, imo, which is a pretty good noob scumtell.

I'll address this first. I voted Anon to see if I could get anything out of him, because he seemed most scummy to me. I didn't really, and I said his argument seemed sketchy because if I said I voted for pressure, he obviously wouldn't say anything. Can you give an example of where I was "eager to appease" somebody?

Hell because I don't think Anon's posts were confusing and his unvote seems fishythefish to me.

They weren't confusing,I knew he was voting for pressure, and that's what I did to him. However, I had to have a reasoning for my vote, because if you say you are voting for pressure, they won't fold to the pressure and reveal anything.

That said, to me, xRECKONERx seems most suspicious. Most of his votes have been bandwagon, and he seems to be staying generally out of discussion, perhaps to not reveal anything. However, not enough to vote, because he could just be a busy guy.

1) I get terrible flashbacks of MMan claiming with ~halfway to a lynch. (HnF was at 4, xRx's unvote makes it

2) With 3 games of "mini normal" experience, you'd know enough not to claim unnecessarily; especially in *any* town role, especially not when at L-3 and there's really no deadline to worry about.

A) xRx: How did any of that really convince you that he wasn't scum? I know it was a pressure vote to start with, but seriously? You couldn't upgrade it after that?

B) @HnF: Like (I believe) I stated before, if I can see where somebody is coming from, they're more likely to be of my alignment. Of cc.com's original questions, I pretty much would ask the same ones.

Also have to say I don't really buy Reckoner's act. His whole playstyle this game has seemed pretty forced to me---this whole "LOL I'm a cavalier townie just having fun and doing outlandish things for pressure and reactions" thing isn't like him ime, and he isn't really pulling it off. Any thoughts on that, Reck?

Bingo! Town NEVER claim that early because they wouldn't feel that much pressure from being at L-3.

It's caught scum every time I've seen it. I've even done it as scum before.

It's one of those things: As town you know you're innocent so you fight to the end cause you pretty much know some scum is against you (so you're trying to find them) but you also are trying to convince the people that are town on your wagon that you're town too.

As scum you know you're guilty so you go out and claim that you're town and "here's proof, see!" rather than really fighting. It's pretty damn reliable.
