If he was scum having caught a scum from the other team, he would have been crazy vocal about it and would have done everything in his power to have me lynched from the get go and be a hero. BUT we had to beg him to claim. Does that make sense?

He had no option, really. He couldn't say he tracked someone else other than me because I'm the one he voted for at the beginning of the day. He was jockeying for 'one more day' but there was no reason for that because he would have been lynched the next day - even if I were scum, which I am not, I am vanilla, so he'd be dead for lying about my role no matter what, and certainly because of my alignment.

As the last remaining scum he has nothing to gain from his lie. He gets you lynched and you flip town he's dead. You flip scum he gets town points and possibility to live longer.

This doesn't clear you as town. Budja is terrible as scum if you want a link to a recent game where he is scum I would be happy to show you how poorly he played. It was one of the reasons I started to suspect he was scum in the first place

I am pretty much cleared of having a power role that targets people - unless you want to believe that I targeted a player, and that Budja lied and said I targeted the dead guy.

But to give credence to Budja's claim that I targeted the dead player, now, that's really... not very bright, or scummy. There's no way that he behaved as if I had targeted the dead player. So you have to KNOW that he was lying about this result.
