I regret to tell you guys that it's possible that I have to leave this game due to real life issues. I informed the mod about this in greater detail. My apologies, but if you feel that replacing me is going to help this game, don't hesitate to do so.

I think Raider is scum.

I'm saying it's logically possible for ShottyHeartless to defend RaiderNobody.
RF thoughts run along side mine. If we were 100% positive that there was just on last scum group though, I would probably choose raider as the scum over shotty, but that is based on vibe more then anything, and i have been known to be wrong before.

My point is, they might still want to bus to "exonerate" each other. That's what happened in "City of Angels."

You coming up on borrowed time, buddy.

@Shotty - I actually got a weird vibe from you day 1 before you changed your avatar. Iso reading you doesn't help me see where you're putting your heart and soul into finding scum. I considered
townie being careful with his votes + level of attention-grabbing
, but it could also be
powerful anti-townie being careful of attention-grabbing
. If you'd be so kind, remind me who you've suspected heavily this game?

Does anyone else think non-town
weren't
given safeclaims? I think Cobalt could have survived if he was certain of a character no one else had. Claiming King Mickey was blatantly an attempt to fish/identify a potentially strong town role, but then when Zito claimed Donald, I have to wonder.

I was about to post the very same thing last night. It certainly looks that way. All the fakeclaims have been utter crap. At best, non-town may be given characters-but-not-abilities, but it'd still make the fakeclaims look a little bored. No safeclaim would put Gorrad's continual insistence that safeclaims had to exist into perspective, too.

I'm allowed to comment on this because everyone already knows my role. :P

So far, there are 4 of you who have claimed.

Any idea what a Town Hobo is?

Are you suggested a mass nameclaim? I thought about that, but it seems like we already have plenty of suspects. Anyway, that's up to you guys, since I'm already out-and-about innit.

If we do decide to do it, we should make the scumlords do it first, or (more efficient) have each player select the next to nameclaim.

Nvm, it's in the wiki.
The hobo is a townie who, during nights, may learn a variety of random and vague information about a group of players. Information ranges from "This person did nothing" to "two figures meeting these descriptions had an altercation" to "this is the role of the person who died last night" in games where the roles of the deceased are hidden.
So maybe Chris would know who left their house N1. I can't make anything of use from iso reading his D2 posts, but anyone else is more than welcome.
Certain roles may not target the hobo due to his lack of a house.
Raffle.

A hobo sounds awesome. I had a similar role in my MGS game off-site but I called him Modified Reporter.

RE: Mass-Nameclaim:
Not today, nor tomorrow. The less the Heartless know, the better. The way I see it, there's 1 Nobody, 3 Heartless, 11 townies presumably. We're in good enough shape that we don't have to resort to massclaiming, but I'm thinking the more believable claims will definitely be in this game, so scum may be in a handicapped position when massclaiming-day does come. I predict there to be a large number of believable roles (i.e. important characters), leaving scum with questionable character-claims.

Why not now? I'd be in favor of a mass-claim since the fakeclaims have netted us so many 5kUmz.

We're positing nameclaim only? Or everything?

Assuming those not here do not object (they certainly may) -- does raider go first, or someone else?

I've actually had a bit of trouble with that as my serious suspects have rather rapidly ended up dead or been replaced. Fuzzy grabbed my attention early, but a lurk to flake throws off any possibility of a good read. I was going to go after Mae pretty hard on D2 but she ends up dead. Ace also drew my attention there, but the DoS town-flip doesn't add up with that. SSK was too obvious to pass on and D3 just imploded while I was celebrating New Years. I see where you come from with not seeing much in my ISO read, the effort is there but my results have pretty much been thwarted...

We should start with the scummy ones. Kise or Icerink are welcome to come up with a list.

I actually like the popcorn idea. If a player selects a clearly not-very-scummy player to claim next, that just gives us something else to scrutinize.

I agree that raider should go first.
