Dude, this was SB's post:
What town player would read that and decide ROLE IS MADE 4 ME? To me, this totally 100% trumps any other play (not that his other play is totally incredible -- it's mostly just a series of exchanges with Pome after she targeted him) and means that Alma is almost certainly scum. His connection with Glork infuriatingly makes him wait-and-see, which makes me grit my teeth even more than the situation with Vaya-SP.Snow_Bunny wrote:So, scums out there, I have this wonderful ability that turns scum into town. For what it's worth, I wondered (and to a small extent still do) what would happen if SB were to use her ability on me. I even said I was extremely curious to know, though I never went as far as to ask her to use it on me. I can see the mistake being made, though I think it's a grave error to make.Iecerint wrote:Dude, this was SB's post:

Your interpretation is terribad and blatantly incorrect. It's also incredibly sketchy that you said nothing about this for over a week and then suddenly decided to tunnel on it out of nowhere. With no supporting evidence, to boot.-

My scummiest peoples are Iece and Pom, currently in that order. Though Pom is only slightly behind Iece in terms of scumminess.-

The fact that your play is stupid scum play does not excuse the fact that it is completely uninterpretable as town play. Glork's implying that your roles may have something that excuses it; I dunno. It would be pretty lame if both players who are (as far as I can tell, at least) forced to put funny numbers into the game were scum, though, so I doubt you're scum together. [/outguess]
Your point that I said nothing about this for over a week is a little silly, because no one said much of anything for about a week. And I'm not tunneling -- I've listed other players I think would be decent lynches. I do want to emphasize that you're the highly obvious person to lynch, and that I find it odd that no one seems to think this is a sort of self-evidently good idea, whereas everyone (mostly) seems at least benignly satisfied with lynching Pome or me.-

Because that would be a role based reason to vote him and thusly he's not on my list. Nice try trying to discredit me and making me look like scum. Though, I made that post before Faraday entered the game. And thus, I fail to see how the two events were related. If you are trying to imply that I was trying to lynch the cop before he could claim, then I must inform you that I firmly believed he was scum. Well, I still believe he (or well, JL) is scummy. And a good lynch. I've seen too many cop claims lately (in different games), and I am tired of that erasing the player's previous scummy history.AlmasterGM wrote:

Also the JL while justified, the fact that certain people don't seem to want to look in other directions is very bothersome to me.
Yes, JL was scummy, but um to say he was much more scummy than Pom/Vala would be a lie, I'd say. I'm aware it's really close to deadline and all but seriously.
SSK certainly isn't behaving like someone with information on someone being scum either, I mean if I'd got a guilty I'd at least want the person I got it on lynched, it'd give some information, but he just doesn't seem to care.are you thinking of me when you're with somebody else?-

SSK's fishiness has increased. With that, I will definitely agree.
One thing that struck me this morning: If I were scum, I'd probably want to keep the cops alive, at least as long as they continue to put faith into their own investigations. I'm not really sure how this reflects on me, since I've stated that I 100% believe Faraday's claim, but take it for what it's worth.-

Bleh. In the interests of not mislynching Faraday, I'm going to share a little information.
Remember way back at the very start of the game, when people were wondering about the vagueness of "partial-reveal," and I posted this:
The partial-reveal means that dead players will be revealed as "Guilty" or "Innocent" without additional information. This jivesGlork wrote:

But I'm not gonna say.perfectlywith what Faraday claimed as getting for his investigation results, so either he happened to guess at how alignments/investigations would work (very highly unlikely), he had inside information about reveals as scum (unlikely at best, though possible), or he's telling the truth.
In this instance, I'm very near certain that Faraday telling the truth about his investigation results. He's definitely a mislynch today.
I will also go on record to state that at least one of the players who just tried to re-rail the JL/Faraday lynch {Phate, SB, SSK} is probably scum. I'm still willing to accept SB as innocent given the manner in which she partial-claimed, so SSK and Phate are both up on my list of potential scums.-

Add fishy to this list. I skipped over his post, but he definitely goes with the "lynch 'em anyway" plan.{Phate, SB, SSK}
