You took this out of context. Benmage is not allowing for the possibility that she is town. (Neither are you, but you're not the one I'm attacking at the moment.) elvis_knits should be given a chance; if she is scum, it will obviate itself later.

Then its not really a false positive, nor something i think scum can afford to avoid...but thats just my point of view...its one mislynch vs possibly losing a member of their scum team. The possibility of losing a team member is much worse than an easy mislynch.

What makes you think I have? I may be willing to accept elvis_knits as town right now, but if she's scummy, I'll support her lynch. Just not on Day 1, when it's not optimal. I have a very bad feeling about the way Benmage is taking this.

As for the dramonic bit, the game was still going by so fast that I easily lost track of what was going on. I didn't realize that the wagon became unpopular; I became oblivious to my own vote and reasoning—not something we want to have

I particularly don't like his focus on Benmage pushing the Elvis tactic when several of us (myself included) agree with it.
