The numbers by the voters indicate the order in which the vote was cast. If two or more players are tied for the most votes to lynch at the deadline the tiebreaker will be the player who has the earliest active vote.

Not Voting: Bach, Col.Cathart, Evilgorrilaz, Parts, Zachrulez

With 5 alive it takes 3 to lynch. Currently no one would be lynched at deadline. Deadline is 3:00 PM EST/12:00 PM PST on Friday, January 1st, 2010.

What's everyone's availability over the holidays?

Is there any chance we can get a deadline extension in this situation? (Generally the 3 week deadlines don't have a large holiday period in them.)

If not, I am ready to put my vote down soon.

Mod Note: I am willing to extend the game a week (till January 8th) due to holiday unavailability. I have seen that Col.Cathart will be V/LA and that Evilgorrilaz is away till Christmas. If others know they will be gone/unable to post please let us know in thread.

Actually I think this day has just cemented a pair of EG-CC in my head right now. I'm reading your points on EG being town and I understand them but I'm not really buying into them. About his misunderstanding of the setup I think it's possible that he is the goon and has forgotten about a role blocker completely. In his post 512 he completely ignores you when you ask for a scum list and he has still not provided it. How have you not pressured him more for that?

I'll grant you the point on the lack of response to 512. (I think EG has been unresponsive in general and pressing him would be useless anyway.)

All the facts the way I see them point to Bach-Col.C. My gut points to Bach-Col.C

My gut tells me that an EG lynch will cost the town the game so I really don't want to go through with it.

I am also a bit concerned that you might be suffering from tunnel vision in this instance. I would ask you to consider the possibility that CC is pulling this defense of EG to make him look even worse and to help secure the lynch and in reality may just be sitting back waiting to quick hammer.

With all that said, I'm interested to know what you think of my Bach case.

I don't like the part of your Bach case that just seems to be some poor/odd word choice. I'm not going to hold those word things against him as I do the same thing some times and I don't think it's scummy. I do agree with your assessment that he seems to have stopped scumhunting after he came in as the deciding vote day 2. That he seems to think himself the uber-townie and everybody has to make cases to him is points against him but it doesn't push him ahead of EG/CC for me.

I don't generally put a lot of stock in word slips... but I can't really see the scum of his adding up to a town perspective. We will have to agree to disagree on that point.

We are at an impasse on EG vs Bach.

On top of the points in my previous posts regarding Col.C, I will note that he chose to lurk through to his V/LA in favor of responding to my post or doing any kind of substantial scumhunting with any of the time he had prior to his V/LA despite indicating that he would at least respond to my post before going on V/LA.

I agree with you that Col.C is scum it just seems that have different ideas of who his partner is. Unless something substantial happens I have no problem
letting EG and Bach give some input and then my vote will go on Col. C as well.

Which was your last post before the one quoted at the top in response to EG and Parts expressing an interest in lynching you.

That post was also on the 28th, 3 days ago. For someone who is a likely lynch candidate you really don't have a lot to say.

First of all

yes, I am a scum.

Second thing: No, I wasn't intentionally lurking. I had a really busy time lately, and I couldn't contribute here as much as I wanted with work, Christmas/New Years Eve preparations/other games where some crazy shit were going on as well.

That being said, I don't expect anyone to believe me at this point. And now, with 6 days till deadline 4 people who want my blood, and completely shitty D3 performance, I know I can't turn things around.

I know when to give up, and the time is now.

Sorry scumbuddy for screwing up. Sorry everybody for a lousy D3 play.
