@ Cobalt: Oh please. At the time of my last post before elvis's claim (all of 15 hours ago), elvis was at L-5. Hardly looked like she needed defense - it's not typical for an early wagon based on very little to go to L-1 like that one did. The bit of the wagon I find most scummy (ie when it turned from pressure to a genuine lynch threat) is the bit that came after I last looked at this game.

Horrific. A terrible wagon on the second highest drafted player. Urgh. I am very suspicious of the 4 or so players on the end of it. That wagon was clearly headed towards a claim, and making the top-of-draft players claim is a Bad Thing.

Hm, I don't like this. These don't have the same connotation.

The first is the reason I never commented on the case on elvis (which was pretty well fully formed, IIRC, 15 hours ago) because it had no merit that I could see - I thought this was the reason you were criticising my "lurking through the wagon". The second was a response to your accusation that I let elvis get "run up". These are different aspects of my response to the wagon.

If you read what I wrote carefully, I wrote word especially. I was trying to say that it can also be vote hopping otherwise. The words often and excessively are the main parts, and they both fit your current play.

If you read what I wrote carefully, I wrote word "especially". I was trying to say that it can also be vote hopping otherwise. The words "often" and "excessively" are the main parts, and they both fit your current play.

He's arguing random kills help town. He doesn't suggest the vig SHOULD kill randomly anywhere. Obviously the inference is that if a random vig will help then a non random kill can help even further.

He only ever talks about random kills being good for the town. He does not say "if random kills are good, non random is better."

He is planting the seed that ANY vig kill is acceptable. If any vig kill is good, then we don't challenge the vig if he makes a stupid kill, since random vigging is good for town.

This is EXACTLY how you position the town to accept BS vig kills.

I unfortunately have to go with Faraday here. Cobalt didn't say that the vig should shoot randomly. He merely said that he or she should shoot. There may be a smart vig in this game, and if there is a vig I hope it's that type. I'd FoS you, but you've claimed cop and I'm not going to question it right now.

DGB and Elvis are scumbuddies IMO. I'm not incredibly eager to join the Elvis wagon because this blatantly obvious wagonhopping scumbag (seriously why aren't we voting him like hotcakes) is on it, but the comedy here is that scum-driven wagons can still be on scum.

*Because of the Cop claim, if we do not lynch her e_knits (regardless of alignment) will get shot by the multitude of shots getting taken overnight sometime. If she doesn't die tonight, we will probably get an investigative result.
*Your average Townie can only kill people with the lynch.
*Therefore lynching someone else helps literally everyone in every possible way. (as compared to a game where a member of a single scum faction can falseclaim D1 and remain alive to the endgame by the almighty power of WIFOM)

Or in short, I don't really buy e_knits-Town but I'm fine with unvoting due to the claim.
