Further. You unvoted Seacore to vote me.
If I was really trying to put Seacore up as the first-wagon-that-doesn't-get-lynched (presumably because he's my partner), you would be better served calling your own bluff by keeping your vote on Seacore, as presumably we would both be scum anyway.
Negative, i would have found two scum. And it would give reason to have two decent wagons for lynch, and then the decision would be up to the town on who to lynch.

Dramonic for his premature, unprompted vanilla claim.

This.
It's not obvious that you'd be vanilla, not even close. Out of the 6-7 random draft tests I made pre-game, only one of them used up all the roles in the end. And I would assume that when adding the human element, less roles would be chosen, quite possibly.

Yep. Sounds like the sort of detail a team discusses in a QT, not something a fellow dreams up alone. Same goes for your explanation of why you choose an anti-town role.

Seacore wrote:Obviously Cobalt has a role.
It's probably safe to assume that Elvis, Vi and Chamber got one as well, although obviously less than certain.
I'm not going to pick any of them for my RVS because maybe they can be uber helpful town.

Vote SerialClergyman
, an OMGUS from another game.
Or GAME DESTROYING SCUM, see it works both ways. You should be a judging them on their play.

Devotress wrote:
Seacore wrote: I'm not going to pick any of them for my RVS because maybe they can be uber helpful town.
I'd like to add, that this looks like someone trying to appear townie.
hey, wut. You say that like it's a bad thing? :?
Seacore wrote: As for why am I not worried about someone who may be an uberscum? I am worried about uberscum, but to me, umberscum are just a little more dangerous than normal scum, whereas ubertown is a lot more helpful than vanilla town.
It depends on the role, I'd say.
Cobalt wrote:Nice try, Seacore, but that's totally unreasonable.
1) There is zero reason for a town player to choose the framer role.
This is false.
Seacore wrote:Also, I'm so sick of this "I disagree with your idea, therefore you must be scum" bullshit. Go check out my other two games (in which I died) and see how well it worked out for town then.
Yeah, based on an ongoing limited meta this doesn't seem that out of character for you.
Seacore wrote:He's an idea I was playing with while cleaning just now.

What if, starting at the bottom of the draft, Vanillas claimed, stating what their request was.

It doesn't (until we get close to the top) really pinpoint who has the role, just that its out there and somewhere above that person. It gives us a bit to work with.
It gives the scum more, which is a downside, but that's the downside of every claim.
Stop coming up with bad ideas.
SerialClergyman wrote:I thought about that as well, but I don't like it. If every VT is exposed, then every power role is by nature as well. The scum would be garuanteed of hitting a PR each kill. It also doesn't hugely benefit us to know which roles are out there.
MC may be very useful in the future, or even limited claim of some sort but at the moment, I don't think it'll serve much use to us.

Okay, I believe he was role fishing now. What serial clergyman said. You're giving scum a list of who to kill for the first few days, remembering that there's up to 4 anti town faction kills every day.

What do you mean? There's no 'fishing'. Fishing implies subtlety, no? Asking for every vanilla townie to claim =/= rolefishing. It's a bad idea, but I don't see why it made you want to vote him. Could you explain a bit more?
dramonic wrote:Considering I'm dead last on the list, should I confirm the existence of a role? (Since it's somewhat obvious I'm vanilla)
Somewhat obvious =/= definite. But thanks for confirming it beyond reasonable doubt.
DrippingGoofball wrote:Fishythefish - town

dramonic = town
1 and 2 I can see and tend to agree with. Dramonic? help me here plz, I don't see anything that couldn't come from scum.
DrippingGoofball wrote:Dramonic for his premature, unprompted vanilla claim.
dramonic wrote:Considering I'm dead last on the list, should I confirm the existence of a role? (Since it's somewhat obvious I'm vanilla)
Orit. Don't see why a townie would confirm this beyond a reasonable doubt at all. Scum on the other hand may try and get away w/ an early vanilla claim, also makes him a very unlikely night kill target, something he shouldn't want if town.

Vote Devotress

Don't like the way she jumped on the seacore wagon, based on rolefishing that wasn't rolefishing and yeah she seemed to be implying that seacore being helpful/wanting to appear townie was a bad thing.

Also Pom jumped on the wagon and then had a couple of contentless posts, pretty much doing nothing.

Early vanilla claim is also really bad from dramonic.

Regardless of Goofy's comment about the large scum team, I don't particularly believe she's scum.
TonyMontana's vote is bad.
Xylthixlm would get my vote if he had a larger wagon than e_knits.
