I believe everyone picks at once. Highest person on the list to request any given role gets it, everyone else gets vanilla.

Apart from the game, I'm looking forward to also seeing who got roles. It wouldn't surprise me if lots of midrange people miss out, but that some people at the very end get one.

Sorry, I wasn't clear!

Yes, EVERYONE send in your role choices. I will confirm I got them.

Once the draft is done I will send you your ACTUAL role (Vanilla / Your Requested).

So, if you have gotten "XXX Confirmed." That just means I've confirmed I've got your choice for now.
