I'm not sure exactly what rofl is going for here. If I look at that last post and try to find something scummy, I would say that it's prozac wanting to go after AGOTI no matter what ray flips. I think prozac should want to take the info from the ray lynch and refine his read based on that.

Ray -> Scum, needs to die ASAP.
AGOTI -> Scum as well, should have been lynched on D1. I find her a bit more scummy than Ray, but Ray already survived one day.
crypto -> Tunneling on me is so scummy it's not even funny.
Tajo -> Neutral. There's something I don't like about his posts, but if my memory serves me well, I guess that's the same with him.
Mike -> I was getting a town read from him at the beginning, but the comment on the number of scums and his lasts post are making me doubt of that.
SW -> Town. Good vibes from her. Though, she needs to post more
Elvis -> Neutral leaning town. Good posts, though I didn't like the comment on vigging.

I've gotten what I wanted today. Other things can wait (and they'll pretty much resolve themselves depending on the mafia's choice of night kill). If Tajo or anyone else who objects to an immediate lynch doesn't speak up by 6:00 PM (ET—two hours from now), then I'm dropping the hammer.

You don't let players get away with what Ray did. If he's scum, you're letting him off the hook (and promoting bad scum play). Even if he's town (1% chance), you're allowing him to play in a manner that expressly damages the town's chances at victory.

Plus, him going from Destructive Mindless Jerk mode to Super Lurker Jerk mode is extremely scummy.
