Nice quicklynch, and not giving me any chance to defend myself.

I did have some information for all of you. dramonic and UK pushed me to condemn Mae. My concern for holding off for awhile was because I was worried that Mae was right and we'd lose dramonic too. And look what happened!

My question is if Vaya and Snow_Bunny are Outsiders. Why are we not lynching them? The Outsiders being alive is against our Ancient Win Condition!

It's clearly you will flip Shadow. According to Vaya, Outsider's win condition DOES NOT interfere with the Ancient's win con. And, as Outsiders want Shadow lynched, it's clearly that you want them out of the picture.

I already covered this, as bunny pointed out. The Outsider win condition specifically states that it does not interfere with the standard win condition such as the Ancient's.

Yeah, we know she's not shadow.

But she's lying.

She's obviously an anti town third party.

You know what the ancient win con says as well as I do.

The only targeting abilities that I have are the ones that are for the council. I have no idea what this Heart Stop ability is and I was definitely framed and/or redirected.

ToD had no way of knowing you had the ability "Blade of Glory".

yet he saw you use it, as he should have.

What he shouldn't have seen was Heart Stop. Yet it was there. I highly doubt you've been framed, especially since a mostly confirmed townie saw you use an active ability D2 as well. Are you seriously saying you've been framed twice in a row?

Ok...please, explain for me how someone who doesn't have an action could have their...um...action...redirected?

I'm sorry, I'm terribly confused here. Maybe I'm a little ill or something and it's slowing down my mental faculties.

But...I really don't see how a redirect could give the results we have seen.

If ToD were redirected, he wouldn't have seen Blade of Glory. If Sajin were redirected...well, possible, but didn't his flavor specifically mention you? I might be misremembering on that score.

I like coming up with weird roles. And I am drawing a COMPLETE blank on what would cause two mostly confirmed townies to get results that strongly implicate you.

Please, offer something more substantial than "I was framed!"

Congratulations, you are using the fact that my Ultimate was worded vaguely to argue against me. This isn't about me or my affiliation. This is about yours. I don't see what Mae OR dram have at ALL to do with this.

Remember, I SHOWED you my ultimate, and you brought up NOTHING against it. As it turns out the "at the beginning of the next day" part applied to the ENTIRE thing, not just the two extra votes to lynch portion, which is why dram died.

I think I explained this in the council thread as well ^-^.

It's merely...frustrating. Because the results on you show me that you are trying to work the appeal to emotion hard, and it's irritating me.

I would like to see a more fleshed out explanation that would explain those results though.

Further, I'm ALWAYS bloodthirsty. The more kills the better. We also had reason to believe Mae was scum, though we apparently screwed up. Worse than I thought because I misinterpretted my role. My bad. Not much can be done about that though. At any rate, we have a lot more evidence supporting the current course of action being right, though.

End of Day 4/Beginning of Day 5

No sooner has Xylthixlm died than Trumpet of Doom stands to ask Starbuck a question. "Why did I just see you using a Shadow kill method?" he asks.

Before Starbuck can even respond, you grab a plasma cannon and blast the hell out of him (and an innocent bystander - slippery bugger, that Starbuck). As he turns into a corpse, you see his once-noble visage fade into something much, much darker... so he was a Shadow that had killed and assumed the form of your nigh-unkillable old friend?...

You retire for the night, hoping that the threat is ended. But it is not so.

Seven of you retired for the night. Six of you woke up in the morning.

Trumpet of Doom is missing. Or rather, was missing, since a quick check of his quarters revealed his dead body. It doesn't take a formal autopsy to tell that he was killed by a heart attack. Likewise, a trivial search of station personnel records indicates that he was, in fact, one of the station's security staff, working to help you defeat the Shadow menace.

How can this be?...
