And I believe that this is the case with Post 29. It can tell us something about three players, if two of them (Plum and Gorrad) are willing to work with it. Which is why I want them to think about it.

I think this pretty much qualifies as rolefishing
DisCode wrote:Please explain how it's rolefishing when I asked to think about it as you two and most likely an unknown player are the only ones who can possibly figure out what it means right now.
This is you denying rolefishing. I am taking your defense into account, an inconsistant one.

And as this is important, the above mod scene is connected to me.
Honestly, this mod scene reminds me of someone losing their heart to the darknesss. I can't say I'm correct, but this is what it makes me think. However, just because someone may or may not have lost their heart, it doesn't mean they have become the darkness. Kairi is the example their I'm thinking of.

As for the disembodied voice, two possibilities I think mainly. Riku or Roxas. Roxas because of a direct quote from KH2 "A scattered dream that's like a far-off memory. A far-off memory that's
like a scattered dream. I want to line the pieces up...", and Riku because he walks the path of Twilight.

In hindsight, I really should have made a link to the game in the role PM's and informed the players that it was starting. >___>

Prodding those who haven't posted yet. Grandi has picked up his role PM but has not responded, Kise hasn't even picked up his role PM yet and will be replaced.

EDIT: foilist13, Grandi, malthusis, saberwolf and zwetschenwasser prodded.

DisCode:
Do you know the details of what is going on with Mod Scene 1, or only that you are connected to it somehow?

Hayker:
I don't see DisCode's post as rolefishing. How is he trying to find out others' roles just by telling them to think about it?

Here's what I can tell about the general mod-posted strangeness. I'm going to err on the side of speculation, as I don't have any role based info on this, but here's my best guess: one of the players in this game has a Tarhilandur-esque ghost role that won't let them vote and forces them to speak through the mod with these cryptic messages. The "chill and darkness" mod scene was obviously a player-activated power, although I have no idea what it did.
On a more prosaic note, I don't like that Ray is using an old case I already responded to as a way to keep his vote on me. I can't defend against an attack I already refuted, and plenty's happened in the game since my response.

I don't think the voice matters much right now, it can't really help/hurt is either way so early as we have no idea what to make of it. I would guess scum, though.

I haven't liked any of Gorrad's posts, they seem to really dance around any issue and aren't, how to say, impressive to me.

No there wasn't, there were 3 votes on Saber and 2 on you and no more than 1 on anyone else. Only Saber had been bandwagoned. Fish your own links, meta is for weak scumhunters.

I thought he took a pretty firm stance on the mod post from player whatever crap and calling me scum for my vote, why do you say he's dancing around issues?

I'm also thinking that that the mod scenes are useless to speculate on until we have more information. I need to read this game closer to form any solid cases though....

Dis, why did you feel it was important that you tell everyone this scene was connected to you when your name is not mentioned, making it seem very important (though never specifying if it is important to the town or just to you) and then when people ask you to clarify you stall saying you will get to it eventually?

joe478 iso:

1: random-votes saberwolf in policy-lynch fashion due to previous experience with him

comment: not that bad of a move, no red flags raised yet

2: agrees with Gorrad that the mod's scene was just flavor text

comment: nothing added, no content, just a useless fluff post

3: calls RayFrost out on saying he has reasons to vote cobalt without sharing them

comment: i don't give him any town points for this one, RF was pretty much begging for someone to call him out on it, and to be honest, i think it's an easy way for scum to look town by questioning the person who is withholding information.

4: more (pointless) discussion on the mod's scene

comment: once again, i HATE this line of discussion and i think it's an easy way for someone to appear like they're being active and posting and discussing without actually adding anything.

Not even sure what to think of #5.

6: clarifies Hayker's post

comment: seriously. how much useless fluff can one person post?

7: asks how the modscene is connected to DC.

comment: see #3.

8: continues pursuing modscene.

comment: see #4

Dancing around the issues, Sir Chris? This ought to be good. You know the rules: Make an accusation, back it up with evidence or testimony.

Shotty, I noticed you still have not removed your Cobalt vote. Why not? The RVS is over. Please provide your reason for staying on the bandwagon.

Reckoner, I see where you're coming from, but honestly? They mostly seem like nulltells to me. Scummy only by lack of content. Do you honestly believe him to be worse than DisCode's rolefishing? What is your opinion on DisCode?

Speaking of DisCode. Your admitting to that very negative flavor deeply disturbs me. Not only because Hayker has a very valid point regarding heart loss, but also because I honestly cannot see how a connection to such a chilling flavor could POSSIBLY be protown. Not to mention the fact that you basically just claimed PR on page bleedin' 5 with no pressure to do so! Either you caused it, in which case you're a PR, or you were the target. And if you're the target, dollars to donuts you're not vanilla right now. So you are either A) Scum or B) A town PR (in which case the scum would know and likely NK you tonight). Either way, I want a fullclaim.
