My statement was that one wagon is stronger than the other. That is true. That does not preclude the one wagon being the strongest wagon possible at this time. But even if that were what I was trying to say (and it was not), we have approximately 48 hours to get a majority in a game that does not have widespread activity. To establish the case for a new lynch on someone without many votes would be foolish.CrueKnight wrote:Clearly? Also this. Picking wagons again. Although I see nothing that DeathNote said (besides possible lurking) that would contribute to scum wagoning. One wagon is much stronger than the other.
(I do love how you work for the pope and all. :p)
Haylen is the best pick today because she provides nothing to town. She has avoided the game for whatever reason (whether we believe her sob stories or not is irrelevant). Day 1 is good because it can lay the foundation for further inquiry in future days. If a player tries their hardest to provide anything to tie them up with, then they're scummy.
In addition, Haylen feels no urge to actually find scum. She wants to defend herself, sure, but there is no urgency in her need to push for a lynch.
Whether or not you agree with the "clearly" part, I doubt your alignment if you really want to argue that she's town. Most of the time, the best you can do on Day 1 is lynch someone who is not evidently town. I'd argue we've got more solid backing here than that, but even if we're just trying to lynch someone who is not evidently town, Haylen fits that bill.
So CrueKnight: Why are you not voting Haylen?
